Great location in Terceira Island

Great location right across from the beach! Many places to dine near the front door. I did not get a refund for the one night which I could not use from the hotel even after they said they would refund me for one night not used.

This location was amazing! What a beautiful beach ocean view and incredible room. We loved everything about this location and will certainly be back here one day for a longer stay! It made an overnight stay pleasant as we enjoyed the location with a morning at the beach, restaurant choices for breakfast and lunch and a wonderful room equipped with everything we needed!

Good hotel just a bit run down

The front staff was great, we had issues with the very bad smell in the bathroom drains. They attended it quick and was resolved. We had issues with the AC not working they came to the room and tried to fix it. The room was hot, Beds wHere comfortable. The room was clean Great walking location and safe area

Absolutely lovely stay

Staff was exceedingly kind, friendly, and understanding. Room was neat and clean. Breakfast was great. We had some extenuating circumstances with a delayed flight, and the hotel allowed us an extra one hoimur beyond our normal checkout time for free. It was much appreciated!
