My initial impression walking in caused me to wonder, but the staff was friendly and our rooms were very nice, clean, and comfortable. The room photos were accurate. If you head towards the river there are great eating options and coffee places.

Clean, quiet, simple accomodations, but everything that you need to be comfortable (comfortable mattress, shower gel, hairdryer, a kettle with teacup and tea assortment, free, well-working WiFi, refrigerator/freezer, an in-room safe, and daily housekeeping). The staff was multilingual, friendly, and helpful. The hotel is close to the main train station (8min by car and 20min by city transportation). There is a tram stop right in front of the hotel. The breakfast was Buffet style, and was only 5 euro. A very good price for the good coffee selection and food assortment. Just FYI: There is an elevator on premises, but this is not a wheelchair-friendly hotel because you need to go up half a flight of stairs in either direction to access the elevator.

The hotel is located 15 min by tram from the central part of Prague, with well-kept rooms with new furniture, polite personnel, and delicious food. What we should desire more.

The hotel was very convenient for public transport. Very clean and helpful check-in staff. The only thing I'd suggest is that they get a bigger sign to advertise the hotel. We walked past it several times. Overall a very good place to stay.

Generelt virkelig dårligt
Da vi ankom til hotellet sad der en receptionist og sms’ede og havde ikke lige tid. Vi havde chekket ind fra telefonen for at undgå lang indtjekning efter 12 timers kørsel men da vi kom til stedet skulle alt udfyldes igen i papirform.. Der står på siden at der var parkering tilgængelig men det var der heller ikke. Vi måtte derfor parkere på en offentlig plads når der var ledige pladser og tjekke jævnligt da bilen skulle flyttes ofte. Der var 650 meter til nærmeste metro hvilket var okay. Værelset skulle være med 2 Queen size senge og 3 enkeltsenge. Heller ikke det var der… morgenmads buffeten var virkelig ringe! Alt for dyrt efter hvad vi fik for pengene, vi kommer ikke igen.
