Richard was so kind & so helpful!! Carried our bags and all . His English was perfect. Parking is easy and priced cheaper than most Hotels. Breakfast was wonderful!! Only negative is it’s noisy!!! The tram goes by every 15 minutes or more. Again all staff was sweet!!! For the price i would recommend just bring earplugs!!

Amazing location. Walkable to basically everything in the city! The front desk staff was beyond amazing answering my 100 questions, they made the stay incredible. Great free breakfast too!

Perfect!
The staff were beyond friendly and the location is great, 2 minutes walk from the funicular to get to Petrin tower and a few mins from Lennon wall. The decor is amazing, we picked it for the breakfast and weren’t disappointed!

Prague is amazing. This hotel is very well situated--walking distance to everything a tourist would want to see. It is clean, and even pretty. A very good breakfast is included. No AC, but there is a fan; this seems to be the norm in Prague. The hotel desk clerk, Richard, was very friendly and super helpful. He gave great directions and helped us book a tour.

Good hotel for the price!
Breakfast was included, and if you go early enough you definitely will have more options (duh). I'm vegetarian so having veggies at breakfast was great! Staff are friendly as well. I can't remember the receptionists names, but they both were great. They are also really good at helping you with any questions you may have. Bathrooms are spacious but the actual shower is very small (typical European hotel style). Not a lot going on in the room, just what you need. Overall,good hotel and would recommend
