Excellent hotel in heart of Prague
Fantastic location, really cool old (original) cellar that now serves as the breakfast room, delicious breakfast including traditional options. Gated parking option on the next street. Within walking distance to all major attractions. We parked the car first night and walked everywhere. Very helpful staff. Only concern might be noise on weekends during the summer. Could hear folks on the street quite easily but wasn't an issue in December as they were just passing through and it quieted down by about 11.

The staff of this hotel are efficient and friendlly. Printing out a boarding pass, calling a taxi, just generally very welcoming. I chose an attic room which was charming! An alcove view from high up and centuries-old roof beams held together with wooden pegs. Breakfast was tasty and filling, the coffee nice and stout. The only drawback was street noise, but then my room faced the street, and I chose to be in "Old Town."

Great property and location but the bathroom configuration was awkward - toilet was cramped and there was just a bathtub with a telephone shower handle and a sloped ceiling. So if you are tall, you would need kneel in the tub.

Enjoyed this little gem! Would return anytime! The room was clean, tidy, and all amenities promised were present. Lovely staff and amazing breakfast. Was perfect location for walkable enjoyment. We really enjoyed our stay at Betlem Club Hotel. The room was well prepared, the air conditioner worked (it was a hot few days in Prague), there was a big selection for breakfast, Renata and the other women at the front desk were lovely. And it was conveniently located to all the beautiful sites in Old Town.
