Please note that there is an ADDITIONAL, non-negotiable fee, per day per person Resort Charge for all guests six years of age and older which will be charged to your reservation prior to check in. Children five years and younger are not charged resort fees or counted in total guest count. Use below table to calculate total fees. Rates are listed below. Please contact our customer service team for more information. Active Brasada members do not incur resort fees.

Three sisters cabin features 2 master suites, 2 full baths, full kitchen + kitchenette, Washer and Dryer, wrap around covered deck, Hot Tub... amenities galore!

The great room features a gas fireplace with a Hi-Def flat screen TV, Blue Ray DVD/CD player, private WIFI, iHome- Stereo Speaker with alarm clock for iPhone/iPod, plus puzzles, games cards and books. It has two comfortable leather couches and 2 chairs so the whole family can have a movie night!

The first master suit has a comfortable and warm king size bed. There is a TV and desk for any work you might need to do. It is connected to an en-suite bathroom complete was a large soaking tub, a tiled shower, and a private connected room the toilet is in.

The second Master Suite with a private entrance is a lockable suite with king bed, en-suite private bathroom, gas fireplace, Hi-Def flat screen TV, laptop ready desk, sitting area and kitchenette with built-in microwave and under counter built-in fridge.

The fully equipped chef`s kitchen is surfaced in slab granite and features stainless steel appliances. Refrigerator with ice maker and a brand-new gas range. There is a dining table/area along with a roomy bar which is open to the great room, so the cook won`t miss out on any of the action. The bar seats 4, and the dining table seats 4.

The large, covered wrap-around deck with gas BBQ and patio furniture is perfect for entertaining. Relax in the cabins private hot tub and experience the expansive star filled night sky with views of the Three Sisters peaks!

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire cabin as well as to many Brasada Ranch amenities.

The Neighborhood:
When you book your stay you will have complete access to the 17,000 sq. ft. Athletic Center which features two oversized, seasonal outdoor pools, an awesome waterslide, waterfall and lazy river with water features, large year-round indoor lap pool with water volleyball net available and year-round indoor fenced pool with interactive water features, year-round outdoor in-ground hot tubs, ample outdoor deck space for just relaxing, fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment, yoga studio offering various complimentary fitness classes, two outdoor tennis courts (rackets available), pickle ball, half-basketball court, locker rooms with showers and steam sauna, fishing pond in the summer months, great seasonal poolside fare/service from the Sundance Grill, and the amazing Hideout and arcade, climbing wall and outdoor playground for the kids.. Bikes of all sizes are available at the Athletic Center to rent (helmets provided). Golf carts are available to rent for your use throughout the resort if you wish as well! Golf, equestrian activities, and Spa Brasada are available at additional charges.

Getting Around:
You will need a car to get to Brasada Ranch. Ride bikes in the resort, walk to the restaurants, ponds, firepits.
