My family enjoyed our stay…we wished we had more time to explore! Highly recommend staying at the Queens Hotel.
I stayed in a single room, or should l say shoe box. The room was more like a corridor with a single bed on it, terrible to say the least and charged £241 for two nights.
It the third time (will be last) lve stopped at the Queens Hotel in the last 2 moths and second time the lift was not working, luckily lm quite fit and can readily use the stairs, but on several occasions there were elderly/infirm people struggling on the stairs! Management where not helping or ensuring an accident did not occur! Shame on you management not to inform potential guests before booking!
Great rooms but could use air conditioning for the summer and then also the bathroom plexiglass could be improved. The water gets all over the floor regardless of you move the plexiglass.
We stay at the Queens Hotel on a regular basis for short term breaks and it never stops giving, the staff are very attentive and professional and always go the extra mile to ensure our comfort and make sure our stay is enjoyable.
We couldn’t fault the hotel in any way. The service was good, the room and facilities were lovely and clean. The food was well presented and and of an appropriate temperature. The view from the room was magnificent.
