Spring and summer months can be enjoyed out on the lovely back deck featuring cushioned patio furniture and a covered dining table. A cozy corner fireplace anchors the living area and plush sofas offer plenty of comfort for casual downtime. A panoramic window display brings in abundant natural light. The upstairs loft space includes a dedicated desk for daytime study or remote work needs, plus a projector and pull-down screen for epic movie night entertainment. The full kitchen is ready and equipped to handle home cooking with ease.

Lake Davis is less than five miles up the road and Grizzly Ranch Golf Club is just two miles down the hill. Downtown Portola is less than six miles away. The Reno-Tahoe International Airport is only 50 miles away.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
