Very nice beachfront location, friendly staff, nicely-landscaped and green hotel gardens. Well-appointed room which conveniently had a mosquito net over the bed, and air conditioning.

Estadia muito boa. Funcionarios educados e atenciosos. Bom cafe da manhã. Por ser tambem um beach club , importante solicitar reserva de barraca de praia visto que são 21. A frequencia de não hospedes para acesso as barracas de praia , tem entrada separada nao transitando pela area da pousada. Ambiente tranquilo, silencioso.

Torça p/ ter luz: Gerador velho e não funciona
O local é bom, porém a infraestrutura e segurança é péssima, considerando que a área próxima à piscina estava em obras e com circulação de trabalhadores e de reforma, lixamento e envernizamento de cadeiras. Outro ponto extremamente negativo foi o fato de a pousada ter ficado sem luz. Depois dos insistentes e repetidos pedidos para que o gerador fosse ligado, descobri que o mesmo estava tão sucateado e sem manutenção que quando ligado e não durou muito tempo estourando a saída de exaustão, Um motor scania sem manutençao é inútil e perigoso. Diante desses transtornos, a pousada disponibilizou quarto em de outra pousada da mesma rede, já que estava impossível ficar sem ar condicionado. Porém, a experiência não foi a que esperávamos: não foi o local q reservamos e o quarto da outra pousada era velho e com ar condicionado precário...

Excelente acolhimento e atendimento da equipe. Pousada à beira do mar (praia de araçuaipe), com facil acesso ao centrinho via VAN, bom cafe da manha, bom banho, bom colchão, boa piscina e boa estrutura de beach club (aberto ao publico - fica cheio em dias ensolarados). Maioria dos itens do cafe da manha feito artesanalmente. Destaque para a Luciana, Patricia e Riquelme, que se esforçaram o tempo todo para bem atender-nos, sempre com bom humor e disponibilidade.

Excelente acomodação, pousada pé na areia, piscina nova com borda infinita, show, tudo muito limpo, café da manhã excelente, funcionários maravilhosos e muito carismáticos com destaque a Camila que é extremamente simpática, prestativa e faz uma excelente recepção, bolinho da tarde imperdível, camas limpinhas e muito confortáveis. O atendimento de toda a equipe foi espetacular, Rosane e Marcelo da recepção, Claiton, José, Joel e Drica no bar/restaurante, Ritinha e Miriam no café da manhã e é claro a Camila como gestora da Pousada, tudo foi perfeito! Quartos novos, espaçosos, bem decorados, com tv a cabo e smart tv, cama espaçosa... Belo e amplo espaço verde, uma piscina novíssima e belíssima, pousada pé na areia com boa estrutura de praia. Pousada muito agradável.
A pousada é muito agradável, tem algumas coisas a melhorar como as portas no apartamento que fecham com dificuldade por causa do desalinhamento. A pousada está em obras, estão instalando uma nova piscina maior que com certeza vai ficar muito bonita quando estiver pronta, por isso tem tapume no caminho pra praia. Os funcionários são muito educados e atenciosos. Com certeza voltaria!

Gente, esse hotel é maravilhoso! Fica na praia mesmo, então você acorda e já desfruta do serviço do hotel em frente ao mar. Café da manhã excelente, produtos artesanais (experimentem o iogurte feito lá). Produtos de banho com perfume personalizado do hotel, serviço impecável! Só tenho elogios! Foi um dos melhores hotéis em que já me hospedei na vida.
