Estamos apaixonados na pousada,sentimos em casa ,foi a 4 vez que fomos a Porto Seguro e veja que foi o melhor passeio que fizemos minha esposa e eu ,a pousada tem um delicioso café da manhã feito pela dona Lia ,pessoa maravilhosa,Conhecemos a gerente Gisele que nós recebeu tão bem ,mas tão bem que ficamos surpresos com tanta simpatia e responsabilidade ...o Jhone pessoa super agradável e responsável que cuida de cada parte da pousada ,piscina top ,quartos arrumandos e banheiros limpos ,roupa de cama trocada ,nos sentimos em casa ,a dona da pousada Bianca nos receberam tão bem que ficamos tão felizes pois sempre se preocupava com nossa estadia se estávamos satisfeitos ...pensa se não é pra voltar ...sem falar que estávamos de frente para praia com os melhores quiosques ...pertinho dos melhores comércios indígenas de coroa vermelha ...a pousada tem bar ,com delicioso lanche aliás foi o melhor que comi em coroa vermelha pois sou apaixonado em lanche ...por isso posso dizer que você não vai se arrepender ,tem total segurança , comodidade,lazer,delicioso café da manhã e sem falar que nos sentimos em casa !Amei estar meus 9 dias de férias nesta pousada!Com certeza voltaremos !

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Péssimo
Pousada muito bonitinha por fora, sala de refeições bem montada e equipada, mas tudo já começou mal, chegamos a 1 hora da manhã e ficamos na rua por mais de 30 minutos, porque ninguém ouvia o interfone, depois de muito bater nos vidros, uma hóspede acordou e foi chamar a gerente. Quartos péssimos com colchões velhos, ar condicionado barulhento, internet não funciona, banheiro sujo, cheirando a esgoto, faltou água quase todos os dias, não foi realizado arrumação do quarto em nenhum dos 4 dias que lá estive, café da manhã fraco. Pousada administrada por amadores, na última noite que lá estive a gerente autorizou que um hóspede colocasse seu carro sobre a calçada, ao lado da pousada e ligasse o som, com músicas de gosto duvidoso, no último volume, não permitindo que as pessoas descansassem ou sequer conversassem, o quarto vibrava devido a altura do som, essa situação permaneceu por mais de 6 horas e só teve fim quando meu marido desceu após às 22 horas, ele já havia descido 3 vezes para solicitar que abaixassem o som, houve uma pequena discussão entre o hóspede e ele e acabou desligando aquela barulheira, a gerente do local não solicitou em nenhum momento ao hóspede alcoolizado que desligasse a barulheira. Não recomendo em hipótese alguma ir para essa pousada. Fiz a reserva pelo Hoteis.com e paguei 80% mais caro que se tivesse reservado direto na pousada, esta informação me foi passada pela própria gerente do local e por outros hóspedes.
