We stayed in this hotel for several days. Our air conditioning was not working properly so it was pretty hot throughout the night. In addition, the room was full of mosquitoes and me and my friend were bit throughout the night (despite using tons of mosquito repellent), making it almost impossible to sleep. However during our last night, we asked to be moved to another room and the staff graciously did in the middle of the night, plus got us fans for the room. The mosquito issue was still a problem but not as bad in the new room. However, I rated the staff services 5 stars because they were really accommodating regarding accommodations and information to make our vacation more pleasant. PS. Wifi is only available in the pool and lobby area, in case this is important to you.

Estadia tranquila
Hotel muito confortável, super bem localizado, com instalações limpas e bem cuidadas. As piscinas são ótimas, pena que só abrem às 10h. O café da manhã é excelente, mas também poderia começar mais cedo, já que a maioria dos passeios na região são iniciados bem cedinho. Sugiro ventiladores no saguão e recepção. A cidade é bem quente e esses utensílios são de extrema necessidade para o maior conforto dos hóspedes.

É um bom hotel Tive problemas com o primeiro quarto que me instalaram , que ficava no térreo , pois em frente a janela ficavam as espreguiçadeiras da piscina e dava pra ouvir as conversas de fora. No segundo quarto , o vaso sanitário e o ar condicionado estavam com problemas . O ar condicionado foi consertado no mesmo dia , o vaso sanitário não foi consertado e eu desisti de reclamar. Café da manhã muito bom. Area de lazer muito boa Limpo Funcionários educados Em frente ao Axé Moi , com restaurantes , farmácia , mercadinho , etc ....tudo proximo.

Ótimo café da manhã. Atendimento deixa muito a desejar. Acústica dos quartos é péssima. Lei do silêncio não funciona. Ao lado do meu quarto várias crianças liberadas pelo hotel até quase 1h manhã e ninguém fazia nada, um sobe de desce de escadas de abre e fecha portas, total descontrole. Não resolveram nada. Não voltaria!

A ducha é excelente e as camas confortáveis. O hotel é um pouco “agitado” e dá pra ouvir os barulhos nos corredores, embora durante à noite não tenha havido barulhos. O restaurante achei que tem pratos bem servidos e atendimento muito bom. As piscinas não utilizei. Café da manhã suficiente. A TV não estava funcionando (só ligava mas não tinha nenhuma programação) e o wifi também não pegava no meu quarto. O check-in é muito burocrático.
