My room was awful. Mold in the shower area horrible bed, sink clog. Housekeeping walked in with a DND in the door and left puddles of water all over. One bed, its foot brook. One ac, wasn’t working properly. Very good and varied food in the main restaurant. Long lines and disorganized at the other places to eat. All you can drink😊. Very family oriented. A lots for kiddos to do. Just not lucky with my room

Nice resort, all inclusive, spacious. Food was ok, could be better, great option of pure malt beers. If you are travelling with children, its a perfect place with lots of activities and entertainment. If you are travelling with your partner and looking for a calm and silent place, thats not the choice. Swimming pools needed daily cleaning as a lot of insects and leaves. A separate area (Topazio), was our calm spot to relax, however outside of the main hotel area, 3 min walk. Suggestion to hotel to make Topazio space only for adults.

Excelente p/familias, boa area de laser em espaços independentes sem aglomerar. Quarto grande, limpo e confortável. Ampla variedade de tipos de comida. Uma das piscinas um pouco barulhenta com musicas não agradáveis p/um casal, mas parece ser o que a maioria gosta. A guia do hotel é péssima. Passeio bem meia boca, optem por fechar com guias de fora que é mais vantagem.

Espetacular!! Não nos sentimos muito confortáveis no primeiro quarto e prontamente nos ofereceram um upgrade sem qualquer custo adicional. A comida é excelente, porções, sobremesas e drinks de primeira. Essa foi nossa segunda vez e voltaremos com certeza.

Muito bom o bar na praia

Só não gostamos muito do banheiro do quarto, esperávamos que fosse mais novo. Tivemos que trocar de quarto por problemas com a energia elétrica, mas foi resolvido rapidamente.A estrutura de bar/restaurante na praia é muito boa.

segunda vez que fiquei no La torre! Primeira vez foi em 2017, somente eu e esposa, em 2025 fomos com nossas filhas 3 e 1a! foram poucas alteraçoes desde 2017, mas o parque a noite e o restaurante na praia ficaram muito bons! Achei a conservaçao do quarto nao muito boa e principalmente dos ombrelones da piscina central bem velhos e a grande maioria estragado! Mas no geral é muito bom, voltei e voltaria sempre, indico tb pra conhecidos e familia ! É muita fartura e muita coisa pra fazer !

Boa estrutura, quartos confortáveis, muitas opções de piscinas (nenhuma aquecida). Todos bares são fora da piscina (fator positivo na minha opinião, porque não fica aquele bando de velhos estacionados no balcão do bar da piscina, quando é o caso). Ambiente seguro e bem sinalizado quanto a direção dos locais. Boa qualidade das refeições, superior até que alguns hotéis referência em all inclusive (sauípe por exemplo). Boa organização da sobremesa durante as refeições, porque os funcionários separam e servem os doces em porções individuais, evitando que os sem noção fatiem errado alguma torta ou até de meterem o dedo na comida ao se servir. Faltam opções de doces de fruta, mas tem muita torta, bolo, mousse. Senti falta de ter à disposição água de coco (só encontrei no restaurante principal, em um dispenser sem gelo) e garrafinhas de água com gás (após às 22h não encontra em lugar algum). Fiquei surpreso de não ter acarajé em nenhum dia da minha estadia de 4 noites, uma pena. Foram solícitos em liberar o all inclusive antes do horário do check in e também depois do horário do check out, assim pude almoçar logo que cheguei e antes da saída com o transfer. Quanto ao uso das acomodações, sem discussão. Entrada às 15h e saída às 12h dos quartos. Bom serviço da arrumação de quarto. Tive um imprevisto com uma camiseta novinha que ficou manchada depois que a apoiei em cima da pia do banheiro (provavelmente era água sanitária). Após a reclamação, prontamente resolveram me ressarcindo.

Ótimo

Hotel confortável, comida e bebida a vontade. Não gostei muito da praia, mas o atendimento e os petiscos no bar e restaurante dela são ótimos. As carnes do restaurante principal podem melhrorar e os aparelhos da academia podem colocar mais alguns. Mas no geral, tudo muito bom. Tem barraca de açaí, barraca de piizza, um bar para fazer lanche à tarde muito bom. Ótimas atividades! Fizemos um massagem a parte com a Maria, que foi excelente.
