Staff were so nice and friendly! They helped me with everything including helping me contact tour guides, helping me find fun things to do, and helping me find transportation. They also allowed me to have a late checkout. The breakfast buffet was delicious!!

Super clean and comfortable.

Room is large and was cleaned everyday. Very useful mini-fridge in the room and good wi-fi. Super helpful staff. Very safe and quiet neighborhood next to a mangrove forest and a river. Cool pool.

Um experiência muito negativa. Tivemos que mudar de quarto no meio da noite porque começou chover e entrou água pelo telhado, cobertas? Não existe. Mal mal uns "xanil" que se cobrir o rosto deixa o bumbum de fora e vice versa. NÃO RECOMENDO SE HOSPEDAR. E a hoteis.com se torna responsável por permitir que hoteis como o Recanto do Sol continue hospedando pessoas nas condições em que se encontra. Já fiquei lá antes e já foi bom um dia. Ha mil anos atrás.

A localização é de 15min a pé da passarela do descobrimento. Fui mto bem atendida, a cama é confortável, o ar condicionado funcionou perfeitamente, o atendente colocou tv smart tv como solicitei. O café da manhã é simples mas tem variedades. O quarto não tem black out na porta/janela. O banheiro do quarto está em péssima condições de conservação, precisa urgentemente de reforma. A água da pia não é recomendável para escovar os dentes.

Hotel bem regular

Instalações antigas, alguns quartos contam com ar condicionado split, no meu caso fiquei em um que é aquele antigo, que não tem tanta eficiência e é muito barulhento. A limpeza deixa muito a desejar, teias de aranhas por todo o teto, cheiro de esgoto no banheiro, a água deve ser de pouco artesiano, porque é turva (um pouco marrom/barrenta), parecia que a pessoa anterior não havia dado a descarga no vaso após o uso, mas não, era a água que não é cristalina. O café da manhã é ok, pelo preço pago e há poucos funcionários, um único que fica na recepção que tem que se desdobrar em várias funções, como atender os hóspedes e abrir e fechar a garagem, muitas vezes nós mesmos que abrimos e fechamos a garagem para agilizar. A água da piscina é turva e com muito cloro, me parece que é o único procedimento que sabem executar, além de sempre completar a água. Estão em reforma, aparentemente trocando os telhados para instalar painéis solares. Em fim, precisa de muita reforma esse hotel, está bem mal conservado.

O local tem muito mofo, travesseiros e colchões antigos, peguei uma reação alérgica horrível. E o café da manhã atrasa todos os dias, além de ser muito simples. Fora isso a equipe do hotel é muito gentil e educada.

Final de semana em Porto Seguro

É a minha segunda estadia no hotel. Já havia me hospedado anteriormente com minha esposa, dessa última vez retornei com minhas filhas. O hotel é agradável, gosto da localização, os funcionários são cordiais, é limpo, o café da manhã é diversificado. Recomendo para quem gosta de um local tranquilo para ficar. Não pretendo voltar!

Estadia desorganizada, muita bagunça e acabou atrapalhando o visual, café da manhã acabou e nao teve reposição ou come as 7 ou fica com o resto ou sem comer, quarto cheiro de mofo. Limpeza boa, atendimento dos recepcionistas excelentes e muito simpáticos. Muita baratas no hotel! Piscina boa e limpa durante a tarde fuca quentinha!

Fui a porto com a família. A hospedagem foi boa, mas achei o hotel um pouco largado em relacao a aparência. Muitos materiais de obra espalhados, ocupando vaga do estacionamento, em locais que colocacam em risco os veículos. Cafe da manha swm muitas opções, mas nso foi um problema. Limpeza dos quartos em dia.
