Instalações me surpreendeu logo na chegada, tudo muito bonito e limpo, atendimento exemplar dos funcionários, procuram resolver todo e qualquer problema, custo x beneficio excelente, o resort não é tão grande como outros que ja estive, mas atendeu minhas expectativas, com uma excelente estrutura na praia.

O check in foi um pouco tumultuado. Deveriam programar melhor esse processo, como por exemplo, distribuir senhas para os hóspedes para facilitar e evitar aglomeração em torno do balcão de atendimento. Um ponto negativo é a sauna do hotel que não funciona mais. É uma pena um hotel do porte do Coroa vermelha não possuir uma sauna para o conforto de seus hóspedes. No mais, é um bom hotel com uma boa estrutura e funcionários atenciosos e educados.

O hotel possui uma estrutura muito boa. Os funcionários são bem atenciosos. O serviço na praia e na piscina são bem bacana. A estrutura do beach club é muito bem conservada e agradável. Minha filha amou a piscina infantil. A comida é razoável, mas atende ao que se propõe. Por ter restrições alimentares, senti falta de opções de alimentos nesse sentido. O único inconveniente foi um hóspede que levou caixa de som para o beach club e nos impôs seu gosto musical bem alto, sendo que o local já dispunha de música ambiente. Então, para quem queria relaxar e desfrutar da praia, isso foi desagradável, mas nada que atrapalhasse a experiência. Mas, no geral, gostei muito!

Péssima experiência Fiquei apenas 1 dia, e ainda bem que não reservei mais dias, Alimentação extremamente insatisfatória pelo custo, vale mais a pena pegar uma pousada mais em conta, e comer e beber o que quiser, entrada 15:00 ou seja só entra após o almoço, petiscos no bar da piscina isca de frango, aipim frito, camarão filhote de camarão, única coisa boa foi o café da manhã que qualquer hotel fornece, acarajé só serve de 12:00 às 15:00 ou seja nem quem está saindo nem quem está chegando come, e é servido no horário do almoço, sem variedade de drinks, drinks feito com vodka orloff, frigo bar somente água, ar condicionado não estava gelando direito. A única coisa boa foi o atendimento. Serviu como experiência para próxima.

Durante minha estadia no hotel Coroa Vermelha com minha esposa e duas crianças pequenas (uma de 6 anos e outra de 1 ano e meio), a experiência foi bastante positiva no geral. A limpeza das áreas comuns foi impecável, sempre tudo em ordem e bem cuidado. As opções de recreação para as crianças também foram satisfatórias, com monitores atenciosos. No entanto, senti falta de atividades ou monitores voltados para bebês, já que a sala kids para menores de 5 anos só permite a permanência com a presença dos pais. Isso limitou um pouco nossas atividades, pois eu ou minha esposa precisávamos estar lá o tempo todo. Em relação à alimentação, o cardápio foi variado e a comida, boa. Um ponto negativo foi o chopp, que só era servido no bar do restaurante, o que para mim foi uma desvantagem, assim como o fato de não oferecerem picolés e sorvetes na praia. Outro detalhe é que, em dias de chuva, as áreas comuns ficam um pouco apertadas, o que é um ponto negativo para quem viaja com crianças e precisa de espaço para se locomover. Apesar desses pequenos detalhes, minha estadia foi ótima e certamente voltaria ao hotel.
