The large and beautifully furnished apartment was completely renovated in 2015 and is the first time in 2016 for rent. The apartment is very centrally located and ideal for groups or families.

The apartment has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room and a kitchen. Two bedrooms have a large double bed. One bedroom has a double bed, which has been combined with two bunk beds. The apartment is equipped with washing machine and dishwasher as well as all essential kitchen tools.

The apartment is very centrally located. The historical center can be reached by foot (5min). An walk to the famous market "Bolhão Market" or the shopping street "Rua Santa Catarina" takes around 10 minutes.

The apartment is located 100m from the metro station "Faria Guimarães" and about 5 minutes from the central metro station "Trindade". Therefor all metro lines to almost all destinations in Porto can easily be reached from Trindade. Arrivals and departures from the airport are very convenient

You will enjoy cable channels with choice of foreign language programming and Bluetooth radio. We also offer you a welcome coffee, tea and sugar so you can start to be comfortable in your charming apartment; spices and condiments and some cleaning essentials are included
 
The kitchen is fully equipped - from top quality plates and dishes, to pots and pans, small appliances such as coffee maker, toaster, kettle, hand blender, etc. you will find everything you need to inspire your cook skills.

We also have a laundry room, feel free to wash your clothes. If you want to be even more comfy, use our socks and slippers available in the apartment.

The street of the apartment offers a wide variety of traditional bakeries and coffee places. A small supermarket is located about 40m from the apartment

The apartment is very easy to reach by metro. The central metro station "Trindade" is just a 5-minute walk away. You can also reach the apartment via the station "Faria Guimarães", which is located about 100m away from the apartment.

The arrival by car is possible. For loading and unloading the car can be parked directly in front of the house for a short period of time. In the street outside the house, parking is free at night and during the chargeable day. Approximately 150m from the house there is a parking area which is free the whole day

On leaving the apartment it must be swept clean, the garbage taken outside, all the lights and heaters must be switched off and windows must be closed
Please be careful with the use of cosmetics, sunblocks or other lotions that can damage the linens.

Children under 10 years may not use the bunk beds / bunk beds
