Nice little hotel, easy access to most parts of Porto. Staff were helpful with recommendations. Rooms were cleaned daily. Breakfast a little expensive compared to local dining options but standard pricing for a hotel.

Difficult to find property from street. Excellent front desk staff who kindly helped with setting up laundry service for members of my party, and helped our large party book an amazing winery tour. Only complaint was service at rooftop bar was terrible, especially when it was supposed to be Happy Hour.

Excellent stay…the staff were absolutely awesome. Renato and the entire front desk staff, incredible service. I also received a personalized handwritten note in my room welcoming me to the hotel.
