This was a luxurious stay with attentive customer service. The breakfast had an excellent selection of fruits, eggs and pastries, and coffee and egg orders could be taken from the table. Turn down service included and pool has both an indoor and outdoor option. A great stay with easy access across the city.

We loved this hotel. The room was clean and comfy. The hotel staff was so friendly and helpful. The indoor/outdoor pool & saunas were wonderful. The location was great & so was the great options for the breakfast buffet. Special thanks to Ramiro the restaurant manager for helping me with my gluten free options and Alfonso at customer service for all his help with our boarding passes and tickets to the famous book store. We appreciate how everyone made us feel so welcome!! Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in the beautiful city of Porto, Portugal!!

This is an opulent, well decorated and maintained facility. The room and bath was probably the best I've stayed at. The breakfast buffet had numerous items and was varied for any taste, providing a mix of items in a luxurious setting. Unfortunately, an emergency shortened my stay and I wasn't able to take in all they offered, including the Turkish Bath. I wouldn't hesitate to return and stay again in the future.

Amazing hotel and staff, everyone really attentive. Hotel is spotless and the SPA area great. Breakfast buffet has so many options, but you can also have something prepared. Would definitely recommend this hotel if staying in Porto!
