Great location, walkable to the historic centre but also accross the street from the metro. Nice area with goog cafes around and very safe. Staff was great.

One of the worst. AC didn't work in one of the rooms and the staff couldn't do anything. The hotel controls temperatures remotely from their reception desk or whatever; the hotel keeps it very hot at night. There are abandoned buildings right in front of the hotel building with broken windows and doors (they don't show it in pics of course) Felt unsafe and remote from the city center. Absolutely not recommend.

Hotel was very good. Great staff and breakfast. The surrounding area is a bit below average but we never felt unsafe. Two good restaurants across the road. Handy to Campanha railway station which was what we wanted

Hotel muy comodo en las afueras del centro de Porto (veinte miuntos caminando al centro de Porto) A pocos minutos de la estacion del tren que une Porto-Lisboa. Muy tranquilo y comodo. Very comfortable hotel on the outskirts of the center of Porto (twenty minutes walk to the center of Porto) A few minutes from the train station that connects Porto-Lisbon. Very quiet and comfortable.

A great hotel in Porto!
Just came up to Porto for an overnight stay and chose Eurostars Heroismo mainly due to its relative proxity to the train station. We couldn't have been more pleased with our choice! The rooms are super comfortable and quiet, the bed and shower are to die for and the staff has been so lovely and accomodating. We will absolutely return to this hotel the next time we're in Porto.
