This property is in an unbeatable location, with some of the best views in the city. However, it is becoming rundown and it need of a refresh, and could use more professional management. Some of the broken items in the room included the safe, hairdryer, single mattress (ripped), and dishes (most of them are chipped). The two men who run the place are very pleasant, but not overly helpful. For example, they communicate through the expedia app about check in, so messages are delayed by many hours and you can't check in without the messages - we had to go knocking on the locked door to get access to our room and were lucky we arrived when there happened to be someone at the front desk who let us take a picture of the check in instructions with our phone. Additionally, the room was only made up once during our weeklong stay, and did not include refills on shampoo, toilet paper, etc, all of which we had to request separately as we ran out. A few items could go a long way - such as providing more than 2 coffee capsules and 1 small bottle of water as the promised "welcome basket" for a week long stay. Loved the location, but a refresh and more attention to detail would improve the experience. It is a 2* stay in a 5* location.
