O hotel e sua equipe são muito bons, sempre dou preferência quando vou para Porto Alegre, porém o serviço do estacionamento é péssimo! Atendentes sempre de cara fechada, a forma de cobrança é ridícula, não é clara, não tem nenhuma informação sobre os valores, os atendentes pedem pagamento antecipado e parecem desconfiados que não iremos pagar, enfim, na próxima ida a Porto Alegre vou procurar outra opção de hospedagem.
