We were unable to use the $30 destination fee because staff at check-in told us one thing and at check-out we were told that wasn't how we could use it. Great room, great walkability to Providence Park.

Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well appointed. The Bidwell is located conveniently in downtown Portland. We used TriMet and Uber to get around and it was so easy. The staff were standouts! Helpful, professional, welcoming, responsive, everything you could want! Highly recommend this hotel!

The staff was great -- relaxed and informal, yet efficient, helpful and friendly. The room was very nice. And we loved the VIP tickets to the Japanese Garden! My lone criticism: I wasn't a big fan of the High Horse restaurant; it was comfortable but service was slow, the menu was limited and the prices were very high for what you got (all sizzle, no steak).
