Moxy Portland. An overpriced quickly put together hotel with a kitschy style with odd pictures and props in the lobby, very dark hallways on each floor, seems appropriate for the late night party crowd. - Toilet ran and hissed all night, keeping us from sleeping. Told the front desk, who said they would handle it, but after being out all day came back to the hissing toilet welcoming us. (Ended up turning off the water to sleep the second night) - Unfinished room ceiling, provided no sound proofing between us and the next room, so it sounded like our neighbours music was playing in our room. We did go out to the hallway and observed their music seemed to be at a reasonable volume, so just poor quality construction and sound proofing. - bed was lumpy and sagged to the middle, and is in need of replacement. All in all, if you are looking for a quiet comfortable stay, try another hotel.

Awesome stay at Moxy Portland Downtown!
My first time staying in a Moxy hotel and it definitely won't be the last! Moxy Portland Downtown will also be our go-to for future trips to Portland. The staff were friendly, the lobby/bar/lounge area was an inviting and fun atmosphere, and the room was comfortable and cozy. If you're looking for a clean, contemporary place to stay while traveling, Moxy is an excellent choice!

Arriving at The Moxy was such a wonderful experience, it’s such a beautiful hotel the decor is amazing we loved all the plants, lighting and furniture. The staff was very welcoming a friendly, check in was quick and easy, our room was spacious enough for two people to stay comfortably the decor of the room was fun and they provide a built in sounds machine to helps filter out the city noise, our room was also very clean. The only thing I would suggest is changing the sliding door for the restrooms, it wasn’t very effective at creating privacy when using the bathroom but other than that we had an amazing stay! Would highly recommend staying here.

Handicap person speaking here, but the room wasn’t the easiest, the AC wasn’t cold enough to get the room cold! The shower was another weird thing the bath bench was in this weird configuration one side longer than the other don’t know why? And you couldn’t place your soaps anywhere because the thing to put them on is all the way across! But the staff was great with everything they helped us out a lot!

The staff at the Moxy were friendly and outgoing. They did everything to meet our needs and smiled while they did it! The location downtown was just munites from everything we had to do during our three night stay. The rooms were lovely and modern. I loved all the hooks on the walls. If I had to say anything to improve our visit it would be to change from paper coffee cups to ceramic mugs, and a electric water kettle and single serving milata type coffee strainer. Less waste is always good! Thank you for a great stay.

Rooms are not sound proof and we could hear the next room partying until the morning loud and clear. Housekeeping only happens once every 3 days, which is not very sanitary. The whole place looks like an 80 disco ball even the elevator. Will not recommend this in any which way.
