I got checked in at night. Everything was fine until the morning where my reservation was somehow canceled by the night shift. and they tried to get into my room at 6 AM that morning cause they thought the room was empty. the next day. breakfast was cold. They left food out. It was just not sanitary. When brought up to the front desk person all I got was snippy attitude I would not recommend staying there

Our beds were comfortable, and I loved the Portland artwork on the wall in our room. Aside from that our stay was mediocre at best. The service was not great. We did try and check in just after 1:00(check in is 3:00). I understand that this request can’t always be accommodated but there were maybe 6 or 7 cars in a very large parking lot. We were told that we couldn’t because they would not have ANY clean rooms until 3:00. My thought was that they had an army of housekeepers to clean all of the rooms right before 3:00. This was debunked the next morning when I saw 3 housekeepers on our floor at 9:00am. We went back to check in just after 5:00. Check in was quick. They appeared to have maybe fresh cookies or baked goods on platters on the reception counter wrapped in paper. Not sure though because we were not offered any. Room was not cleaned very well. The bedding looked good. Headboard did not look clean, top of ice bucket was dirty. Ice machine on our floor didn’t work. I just got a not super well cleaned vibe in the room. Breakfast was supposed to be from 7-10. We arrived at 9:20. Items were empty, someone had asked and they were out. Waffle line was too long to wait in so we decided not to wait. Oh, our room was on the backside(freeway side). At night noise wasn’t bad but in the morning you could hear it. Best part was the bed….

Should have very good, but, the sink in the bathroom was almost completely blocked. Also breakfast was underwhelming, despite two staff fusing around constantly; no bacon one morning, out of gravy the next, coffee but no cups, cups but no coffee. Otherwise it was quite comfortable.

First time I see in a hotel a free EV charging station for register guest. Kudos for that! Great selection of items to eat at the breakfast buffet! Room was spacious with microwave, small fridge and coffee maker.

Convenient location right off freeway. Pool was big. Cleanliness of rooms was not what I’d consider good. Looked like human feces smeared below the drapes on the wall. The curtains were stained with some nastiness. The carpet baseboard was pulled off the wall. The rolling office chair had a lot of human dander/dust/grime/hair/whatever in the metal bracket that connected the back of the seat with the bottom portion. Mildew in shower around drain, faucet and on the exterior of the shower on floor. Fridge was HUGE! Nice kitchenette! Lots of pillows. Big, roomy rooms!! Muggy hallways though.

Hotel smelled, not enough staff. Room on 1st floor was run down and had a stale, dank odor. Several little problems with the room, including low water pressure, bathroom sink was falling apart… and did I mention the smell?
