Not happy to have been informed at check in that they charge $10 to park. In their own almost empty parking lot. In Portland, Maine. Thats absurd!! The heater in the room rattled all night - almost drowning out the dog barking non-stop in the next room. ( I dont fault the dog ). To be fair the room was clean and breakfast was good.

I didn’t rate breakfast because I had to leave super early for a scheduled surgery at Mercy Hospital. Very convenient to get to the hospital from La Quinta. Will definitely stay here again because the rates are very reasonable. All of the staff were very professional.

Room was clean-ish, but just barely and missing supplies. They charge $10/night to park (ridiculous for an open air on property lot) and it took 3 calls to get the receipt sent. Given the $40 Expedia discount, the room was just about decent value. But, without the discount, overpriced and a poor choice.

The staff was pleasant. The room - The beds did not have a top sheet. The sheets were also not the same quality from one double bed to the other. One of the fitted sheets on the double was pilly. The pillows were also small. The bathroom sink was not fully clean and had toothpaste on the side of the sink. The shower curtain also needs to be changed the bottom contain soap mildew.

Someone elses key worked on our door and a man entered our room at nearly 3am, waking us up and scaring the hell out of us! We ended up leaving early as we were un able to go back to sleep after this!

This location is close to downtown without the downtown prices, which is the main thing it has going for it. The room was average. The shampoo and body wash was empty in the bathroom, the shower head was noisy, the bed dipped in the middle and the sheets were scratchy. There was a $10 parking fee, which we didn’t know about ahead of time.

We were able to checked it 1 hour before the time, the room was spotless, very friendly and accommodating staff , the hotel is new, the breakfast buffet area were organized, clean and the food were great, 24 hours coffee/ tea. Thank you so much, we had a great time.

The TV didn't work in my room because someone had switched out the right remote. The hotel tech was in my room for two hours ruining the relaxing time I needed after a long drive. When the tech couldn't fix the TV he told me to see the manager in the morning and he would give me a portion of the room cost back in a refund. The morning manager said he couldn't give me any money back because it was paid through Hotels.com. I am furious and will NEVER stay at this place again!
