Stairs are a problem for me. I didn't see in any of your information that being able to climb stairs was necessary. Otherwise, the room and amenities were very good.

No elevator so have to lug everything upstairs. We booked a king. They tried to give us two queens. Even after I said we booked a king The location was great and the place was clean and safe

This hotel was just what we needed. The onsite parking was a huge bonus and the walkability to the town center area was perfect. The room was nice, comfortable bed and I especially liked that the bathroom was the style where the sink vanity area are outside of the room with the toilet and shower. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Maybe the easiest and most comfortable hotel we stayed at our whole trip.

Lovely inn
This is the cleanest hotel room I’ve seen. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Everyone was polite. It’s very walkable to many shops and restaurants. I recommend this inn.

Great inn/motel. Close to restaurants, cafes, bars, shops and harbor. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was badic and primarily focused around waffles but had other breakfadt items. Great all-in-one coffee, cappuccino machine.

A Good Place to Stay in Kennebunk
This is a nice inn in Kennebunk, with good-sized, comfortable rooms. Service is friendly and helpful. It has a decent continental breakfast. It is located only a short walk from the restaurants of Kennebunkport's Dock Square. For less crowded restaurants, there are several in the opposite direction on the Kennebunk side, including one that offers full breakfasts.

We could not stay even a night here. Owner has air "freshener" in the hallways that is so strong it permeates everything! It smell awful. We hoped the room would smell less but the smell was everywhere and made us ill. We checked out. The desk person was understanding and so at least that worked out.The room (jetted tub room) was older and the tub/shower took up so much space the room too small to be comfortable in. Overall I cannot recommend this hotel at all.
