Place was a great place for what you pay for. There is some cosmetics that could be fixed like glass window in room was cracked. Rug coming to the room smelled mildewed. Back board and walls were worn and cracked. Other than that staff was great and place was clean. I would go again if I needed a cheap place to stay.

The room was nice as pictured and the staff was really nice and friendly. Other than that had some issues first the thermostat didnt work phone in room didnt work. Took awhile for them to come fix that, we also had a room for 3 adults 2 kids but had to pay extra for the cot needed to sleep all of us which we had to ask for around 5 times before getting the cot. The shower was used and we could not turn the water off, went down told the desk but took around a hr and half before coming to the room to address the water not turning off, so the bathroom had water all over the place. But the room was really nice as shown when i booked the rooms and the pool was really nice the water was warm and the pool area was clean.

The 1st room we got had cockroach and the shower didnt work, they were nice enough to get us another room but the other room had problem too. I think it was renovated so there were dust and some dirt on the floor. All the lamps were not connected so we need to move the heavy bed to plug them all. There were so many death cockroaches in the gap of the windows. It needs a serious updates and inspections! The machine in the gym was not working and there was no towel or water. I will not stay here again, it is very diss appointing for the money i paid for the room!

Expensive for what you get. The curtains had holes all through them so the sun came through in the morning. Fridge kept making a random banging noise. Wasn't worth $360 a night!

When we arrived there was people outside the hotel that were drunk, peeing outside in the parking lot and smoking. I called when I booked to confirm the room accommodated 5 people and they told me it would have a sofa bed. It did not so then they wanted to rent me roll away for $20 and at that point we just need to get some sleep, but I showed them that your website showed $15 not $20 for a rollaway. While I spoke to the front desk a drunk person threw up in the elevator. It was late and the kids were tired so we decided to stay the night since it was late to find another hotel. Once in the room, we noticed hair in the tub, a broken window, roaches coming out behind the mirror in the bathroom, a leaking ceiling, dust on the tv screen, needless to say we were very disappointed and discussed with the conditions of this hotel room. I’m a Platinum Expedia member and travel a few times a year- this was the worst hotel we have seen!
