Terrible experience- you can do better. Using a cheesy app to PAY for onsite parking. Being charged $5 for a blah, cold breakfast. And having a loud fan in the heating system that kept me awake half the night. If never go back

The stat was absolutely amazing Even the restaurant was amazing. My son is severely autistic and they made him feel so special. They saw the healing stones around his necklace that I had gotten him for his birthday and they blessed him with the healing stone and just really made his birthday everything. Thank you so much. I will definitely be staying again. Could’ve been a warmer though. It was kind of cold.

The room was fine, clean etc. But there were no black out curtains on the window! My window faced the parking lot. I couldn't sit on the bed to vhange my clothes and the light from the parking lot was right outside shining in. Black out curtains are a must!!!!!!!

The staff was very kind and accommodating, I was able to secure an early check-in at no charge, and the facilities were nice and clean. Convenient location and the free shuttle from the airport was a bonus. Will definitely choose this location again the next time I'm in Portland

I always stay at this hotel when I am flying in or out of the Portland airport. I find it very comfortable, with clean rooms, comfortable beds, and I never have any issues with loud noise or disappointing facilities. I think it is a good quality for the cost, and I will continue staying here when I am in need of a hotel near the airport.

My room was clean and comfortable and surprisingly spacious for a single bed room. The staff was very friendly, specifically Banin at the front desk who tried to help me find a phone charger after mine broke. The airport shuttle was very convenient especially since it runs every twenty minutes. My only complaint would be the breakfast potatoes were cold.
