The hotel and staff were amazing, it's a shame that the homeless have taken over much of the city, where it doesn't feel safe to walk anywhere to explore.

The property is very nice...one of the best designed hotel rooms I've ever been in, and I've been in lots. But it was the staff that really makes this place shine. Everyone really went out of their way to be friendly, especially Mataya (sp? Guy from Hawaii at the front desk) who was really charming and professional.

A great choice for the Pearl District
This is a really nice hotel in the middle of Portland's Pearl district. The staff was very efficient and friendly, and the room was well laid out and super clean. Many restaurants are within walking distance.
