This beautiful, 2000 square foot home has an open floor plan and kitchen stocked with everything you'll need. Just bring the groceries and you're ready to cook! · Off-street parking for up to 4 vehicles. · 5 Minute walk to light-rail and the award-winning Orenco Station, with restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, and the natural grocer New Seasons. · 10 to 15 minutes from most local farms and wineries. 25 minutes from Portland. · 5 to 10 minutes from all Intel campuses.

Your kitchen, living room, dining room and full laundry room are on the bottom floor, and all bedrooms and the two main bathrooms are on the upper floor. It's necessary to be able to climb stairs if you stay in the home as there are 3 steps up to enter the front door. All your bedrooms are spacious with plenty of room to stretch out and settle in.

The living room has plenty of seating for a large group, and the dining table expands to seat up to 10. The bedrooms comfortably sleep 8 people and we also provide a queen sized air mattress that can accommodate 2 additional guests. The home is baby friendly and we can provide a baby bed, toys, etc. upon request.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private patio. Perfect!
First, the property owner was a joy to work with. We often rent properties through VRBO, and this was one of the easiest, smoothest rentals we have done. I had a lot of questions before and after booking, and all were answered swiftly, thoroughly, and kindly. The house is perfect and just as pictured. It was clean, and we had plenty of room. The furnishings were in good shape, and the number of bathrooms was terrific. The street and area were both surprisingly quiet. We found lots of restaurants within 10 to 15 minutes. If we revisit the area, we will try to rent this property again. Thanks for letting us share our property.

Great stay!
Worked out great for our 2 families: 4 adults and 2 kids total. Huge covered deck, grill, fully equipped kitchen served us well. Close to a nice park and walking to many attractions. And the airconditioners in the different rooms kept us comfortable in the hot weather. Thanks!

Nice but....
The house was in a great neighborhood, was clean, well stocked and the beds were comfortable. So the house itself was fantastic. and in a great location. The problem we had was the unkept back yard and deck area. We specifically booked this property because the listing showed a beautifully maintained deck and yard where we could hang out. The deck itself was fine but the string lights were broken in multiple places so they were basically unusable. But the main problem was the weeds and untrimmed bushes. There were spiky weeds growing up on the deck (glad we did not have any little kids with us) and the climbing roses were so overgrown you could barely walk through the stairs to the back yard. The galvanized plastic roof was in terrible shape too. Not at all like the photos advertised! If it had been, this would have been a 5 star review.

Charming Experience
Tiffany's place was very clean and comfortable. The location just outside Portland made it easy to access everything we wanted to do in the city. The pictures do not do the back deck justice. The covered patio, plants, and lighting were very relaxing and added an extra space for us to hang out in comfortably. Would rent again!

This home has four comfortable bedrooms which allowed our family to stay all in one place. We came to town for my sister’s baby shower. Home lists it has AC, but keep in mind these are window units. The downstairs stayed cool and the window units kept the rooms cool.

This place was a great setup for our family and in a perfect location. The master bed had a bent rail and the mattress was a little lumpy but the property manager had sent me an email saying it was being addressed. Overall it was good.

Perfect for our large immediate family that traveled here for a wedding. The house had lots of extras left from previous people staying. Which is really nice compared to other places that strip everything left. I would suggest seeing what is there before shopping. The owners were extremely helpful with our pre stay questions too. We stayed here for our daughter's wedding. We had a mixed group of friends and family it was a great place to hang out and play games when weren't involved in wedding activities. There was plenty of space to spread out and the outdoor spaces in the back or on the front porch provided a place for individuals to have a quiet moment to read or get away from the group. It was easy to get to and there was plenty of parking space. The hosts were very responsive when we had a question and we highly recommend staying here.

The house was nice. 4 bedrooms....Clean, very nice Master Bath, and open floor plan on first floor. And worked perfectly for us, as our Son lived only 5 minutes down the street. ( Also easy access to the Max train that brings you into downtown Portland.

Perfect house for family get together
We had a wedding to attend nearby and this house was perfectly located with excellent accommodation. Everything was clean and well appointed. Owner very responsive. Nice outdoor deck in the back. Great to have the washer and dryer. Also very nice to be within walking distance to shops and restaurants. We didn't use the house very much as we were busy with the wedding but when we were there we had everything we needed and there were lots of nice little touches. Would definitely stay again if we're in the area.

Place was nicely situated and well equipped. Only issue was TV’s did not work or we could not figure it out. Called for help and no response! No biggy but still it was not easy to figure out. No batteries in down stairs remote. Otherwise it is a good spot!!

Good location for a fun weekend in Portland
The house was clean and the check in was super easy. I felt very safe and that was important to us as we were visiting the Portland area for a girls weekend. The owners were very communicative. The house is close to restaurants and stores. The only suggestion I would have would be to provide a box of Kleenex. But we bought one so no big deal. Personally, I don't give 5 stars on reviews unless something exceeds expectations. I am giving a 4 star rating - which is very good! This is not based on anything that was wrong. This just met my expectations.
