Honestly what the pictures were online is not at all what I got. I have stayed at many Marriott locations didn’t love the location at all. Parking is ok it’s also 25$ per day . Very limited menu for room service . The beds not comfortable and rooms are noisy seemed like a lot of construction around the area . The front desk seem as if they are being inconvenienced . Again stayed many different Marriott in different cities probably would not stay here again overpriced and it’s just OK. I also did not received a final bill .

Very disorganized. Did not call when room was ready even though they were supposed to. Was given keys and they didn’t work on room, went back down to get new keys went back up and still didn’t work. Turns out someone was still in the room. We had to suggest maybe another room! Parking garage for hotel guests was full but they said we could “come back at 1030 and it would have spots”.Breakfast was terrible. Have stayed at this hotel before and like it overall but this experience was not good.

I can’t tell you how many times I told my family how much I LOVED this hotel! I typically don’t take the time to do reviews but this is now my favorite hotel in the Pacific Northwest. The staff were so helpful & not rushed - I felt cared about and they truly wanted to meet my needs. The bar and bartenders were easy and approachable and having the ability to order food late at night was a very valuable amenity to me. The room was modern, clean & spacious. I loved the outdoor patio - plenty of room and beautiful view of the waterfront. The parking garage system was even good! Clean, safe & easy to access. So glad I found this gem!

I loved the 4th floor outdoor patio could of used some sun umbrellas there I liked the security keys made me feel safe when alone The staff and front desk was fabulous very nice and helpful. This place was an amazing surprise! The place is friendly, extremely clean, and safe. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Vancouver. Right on the waterfront, food was world class!! (Even breakfast off the menu). Within walking distance of other restaurants etc. Just blew my mind from the second I walked through the front doors. Rooms are large and very clean. Parking is in a secure garage.(there is a $25 per day but worth it) we’ve been traveling up the coast and this has been the best stay!
