The view from the room is stunning. I would see the beach and the famous rocks. The room is spacious and clean. The restaurant staff are so attentive and professional. There are many restaurants and bars within walking distance from the hotel.

Well situated, great views of the beach and lovely pool area. Staff were generally very welcoming and helpful.... A couple of the restaurant staff members could do with some customer service awareness training.

Excellent hotel with stunning location overlooking Praia da Rocha. The staff were always very helpful. The hotel’s common areas merits its 5 stars, although the room is rather outdated and could benefit from some renovation. Overall, I enjoyed my stay

Access to the beach was via steps with a rope being slightly disabled having had a knee operation I found this unsafe and difficult to access as the rope was very loose at times. We had difficulty getting breakfast the first morning as it was so busy so we went elsewhere, the second morning we managed to get breakfast which was disappointing as the hot menu was very cold.

We absolutely LOVED this hotel. The beach view was amazing. Our room was on the 2nd floor and overlooked the pool. The breakfast was plentiful with a good variety of choices. Yes breakfast time is busy but really no different here than any other hotel (tip - if you go early for breakfast 7:30am it was not at all busy). The staff were mostly friendly and accommodating with the exception of the man working the lobby bar (we found him to be quite rude). We would absolutely recommend this hotel and we will definitely return again. We had previously stayed at the Jupiter, even though that was a nice hotel, we would return to the Hotel Algarve Casino in a heartbeat. We LOVED our stay here.❤️

MISLEADING HOTEL.

Not a five star hotel, as they say, ‘all fur coat and no knickers’ the public areas were in good condition but the bedroom was very dated. The flooring of tiles, I would estimate went back to the 90’s, the furniture possibly more recent but to try to paint hard wood polished doors in white is amateurish. The rooms are run down and very noisy because of the flooring. On the same subject one of your images is of a bedroom with blue carpeting, very misleading when clearly the majority of the rooms on the 4th floor are apparently tiled. When a it last inspected by Hotels.com?

directly on the beach. beautiful hotel however my ipad and the case for my samsung pad went missing!!! my fault..i left it charging however, this should not happen. either the room service or the maintenance guy that came for the air conditioning.

The room was clean. The property is dated and could use refurbished. The area and beach were wonderful. The staff especially front desk and bellman Artur were very helpful and addressed concerns immediately. The breakfast was disappointing.

The location is brilliant. The pool is amazing and the beach access is so convenient. The breakfast was ok but the cups werent clean and there were flies around the fruit table. The hotel is dated but it makes up for this with the amazing pool and views of the beach and sea. I wouldnt stay here again and would prefer a more modern hotel.
