Great location . As Expedia VIP we received a bottle of red wine and basket of fruit . We have stayed at this hotel before because the staff are lovely and show a genuine care for guests .

Hotel is located near the major entertainment streets around the beach The hotel has plenty of swimming pool/deck area for sunbathing. Also large number of chairs and umbrellas down at the beach There's a small but well equipped gym. Good WiFi everywhere. The casino has lots of slot machines, roulette and blackjack tables. My wife liked the breakfast, but for me the scrambled eggs were very watery (minor detail)

I got an amazing view of the beach, it’s conveniently located on the main strip, and over all just a fantastic hotel for accessing the beach as well as pool area.

The views from this hotel were beautiful and the pool staff and room cleaning staff were very polite and helpful but the staff at breakfast and reception were rude and not helpful at all . On the day we checked out I heard one staff member at reception muttering something to the other two staff members while he was spitting on the floor . I knew he was saying something about us because when I turned around and looked they were all staring at me . When I went back into the reception area and asked where that staff member had gone the other chap told me he had gone downstairs. But what was very peculiar was when I asked the chap behind the counter what his colleagues name was and he couldn’t seem to remember it ! The management really need to train the staff on how to deal with customers in a polite and professional manner. There were other instances at breakfast and at the reception area . The hotel is dated and the five star rating is too high . I would say it’s a three star hotel . I have travelled all over the world and it was the first time I’ve had to pay for ice ! This was a shock for me considering we were supposed to be staying in five star accommodation! Also whenever we ordered room service we kept getting charged different amounts for the same dishes or drinks depending on whoever was on room service that particular day . After a few times querying this I eventually gave up as it was like banging your head against a brick wall . We won’t be going to this hotel again
