Great 1-bedr. flat for holidays in Praia da Rocha, with spectacular views of the beach and sea, in a private condominium with swimming pool (children and adults), fully furnished, equipped and newly decorated, just 50 metres from the beach.
Property consists of: bedroom with double bed, living room with kitchenette, 1 sofa bed (for 2 people), air conditioning throughout the flat (hot and cold), bathroom, cable TV and WI-FI, balcony with table, chairs, to enjoy your holiday.
Within walking distance of the flat there are bars, discos, restaurants, shopping areas, etc (beach area).
The flat has 1 parking space in the garage.

- A security deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be collected as a cash payment, Revolut or bank transfer in advance. The refund must be made within 3 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by bank transfer after an inspection of the accommodation.

- Please note that there is a city tax - Tourist Tax:
Between the dates of 1st November and 31st March - of EUR 1 per person, per night, which is not included in the total amount and must be paid on site. This tax applies to guests aged 13 and over. The maximum amount charged is EUR 7 per guest.
Between 1st April and 30th October - EUR 2 per person, per night, not included in the total price and payable on site. This tax applies to guests aged 13 and over. The maximum amount charged is EUR 14 per guest.
