Afan Valley Escapes – The Trail - a newly renovated self-contained, 2 bedroom holiday apartment; perfect for a holiday home or contractor’s accommodation. The apartment has a bathroom with shower, hairdryer and fully fitted kitchen, and living area. There is a double bed in the main bedroom and an adult bunk bed in Bedroom 2. A High Chair and Travel Cot are available on request (we do NOT supply the bedding for the travel cot).
The apartment also includes a flat screen TV and magnificent views over the valley. The living area also has a large conservatory from which you can see the stunning scenery of the Afan Valleys.

Set in the heart of the Afan Forest and in the heart of the world-famous mountain bike trails. Easy access to all of the local communities of Port Talbot, Maesteg etc. We are a short drive from the the famous Zip Wires of Aberdare and in close proximity to the glorious Bwlch & Rhigos mountains and waterfalls. You will be in the safe hands of 'Afan Valley Escapes'.

The Space:
The Trail by Staystaycations and Afan Valley Escapes is set in the heart of the Afan Forest Park and is perfect for all those who love to explore the wonders of the Welsh Valleys and bike parks.
The Trail is fully equipped with everything you need for your relaxing stay including Wi-Fi, Smart TV, Towels, Bedding, Toiletries, hairdryer and a fully equipped kitchen. A High Chair and Travel Cot are available on request (we do NOT supply the bedding for the travel cot).
There is un-restricted street parking. Access to the cycle path leading to the bike trails and a local pub is 50m away. The local town swimming pool is 100m away.
There are beautiful views of the mountains and forests .
Perfect for Family Holidays, mountain bikers and trekkers. Easy access for contractors to TATA Steel and Industrial Parks in Port Talbot

Guest Access:
The property is self check in using the key box outside the property. You will receive a code within 48 hours of your check in date. You will have the whole apartment to yourself for the duration of your stay which includes the enclosed decking area. You won't be sharing with anyone.

Afan Valley Escapes are luxury holiday apartments in South Wales. Situated in the Afan Valley. The Afan Valley is renowned to attract keen Mountain bikers. It's also attractive if you like fishing or long walks. The Afan Valley 12 mile walking and cycling path runs directly behind these beautiful apartments so is easily accessible.

South Welsh Miners Museum... Where you can enjoy a snack in the cafe, buy some local gifts to take home, enjoy the cycle tracks around the area, and they even do bike hire.

Go Ape is situated in Port Talbot

Ideal for walks or mountain biking in the nearby countryside, these properties are 6 miles from lovely Margam Country Park, which is steeped in history, natural beauty and wildlife, including red deer. There is plenty to keep yourselves occupied, Swansea’s marina is a short drive from here, and if you fancy some history, then head to Swansea Castle. Alternatively, take a seat in the enclosed garden area and listen to the sounds of the river whilst watching the sun go down. Beach 12 miles. Pub and restaurant 550 yards.
