Manatee oasis
My family and I usually pick a beach vacation, but we decided to try something different this year. We had an experience of a life time. We enjoy country living, nature and peaceful surroundings and this place delivered all that and more. We went down the river every day and every day we were accompanied by manatees. They are truly amazing animals. My husband even saw a dolphin in front of house. I have booked a few times with VBRO in the past and nothing was as it was supposed to be, except this time! This property is even better than how it’s listed. From the time we arrived it felt just like home. We were all super comfortable here and plan to visit again in the future. Keith, the owner, was very accommodating. He gave us suggestions for local places and just as kind as he could be. Huge Thank you to Keith and his family for allowing us to experience this beautiful manatee oasis for ourselves.

Prompt help!
A problem came up with the property while we were there and Keith was very prompt in doing everything needed to correct it. Nothing he could have known about beforehand, just one of those things that happens and he took care of it. Besides that, my 7 1/2 year old grand daughter from Orlando want to move there!!!! 3 day river getaway
Wow! What an awesome location! Loved sitting on the expansive deck and watching all the boaters. We were surprised at how quiet and peaceful it was. This house was extremely clean and well maintained. The kitchen is well stocked with tools and has clean, newer appliances. Very tastefully decorated. There are plenty of kayaks to use. This house is exactly as advertised. We will be staying here in the future for sure. Do not hesitate to book this property, it’s a perfect river getaway! The neighbors we encountered were very nice also. Keith was so helpful. He responded to our texts immediately. There is also a restaurant within walking distance.

Great place - peaceful, serene, and fun for kids.
First of all, this wonderful place is super clean! Beds are comfortable and sectional couch is great for family movie time. We kayaked everyday and saw lots of manatees and water birds. It was our kids first time kayaking and this was the place to do it! Water was calm, clear and easy to navigate with young beginners. Host is very responsive and welcoming. We plan to come back and visit some of the other springs close by as well.

Fantastic - Mission Accomplished
Two sisters on a quest to see manatees and we did everyday plus dolphins right out front and a baby alligator on one of our paddles around. Great house and great location with the kayaks and paddle boards you need. So much fun and if I ever get back it will be to this rental - beds were super comfy which was the cherry on top.

My kids and I had an amazing time here. The neighbor was amazing and quiet. The neighbors were so nice and spoke to my kids every time they were outside. They had so much fun on the Kayaks that are offered. We also rented a boat for 2 days and it was easy access for a boat.

When can we go back!?
The Vrbo was incredible! We brought our dogs and kids, and we all had a wonderful time. The location was perfect- close enough to kayak to all of the go-to places, but also in a quiet part of the river where there isn’t constant traffic. With all of the amenities, we were able to pack lightly. We will definitely be coming back!

Awesome getaway
We love this place so much! Where do I begin? Keith was so helpful and the process was streamlined so that we didn’t have a care in the world. The house was beautiful and set up perfectly for vacation. Kayaks, river access everything perfect! Keith bent over backwards to assist us in every way. He even gave me some secret fishing spots. Best vacation we’ve ever had as a family, definitely will come back again. Didn’t want to leave. Thanks so much Keith for everything. 5stars!!!

Great property and great location
My girlfriend and I and another couple stayed here and the house is a perfect size with plenty of room. Very nice and new inside with a great deck overlooking the river. Being directly on the river is great to have easy access in and out of the water. Location is great as well, just a few minute boat ride to the gulf and plenty to do close by on the river. Property owner was very responsive and great to work with, which made check in and out very easy. Can’t recommend this house enough.

Great Vacation Rental
The host, Keith, was a great person to work with. He really cared about our comfort and wanted us to have a good time on vacation. He was quick to answer any questions we had. The house was super clean and the beds were so comfortable. This house is equipped with lots of things for outdoor fun such as water toys , kayaks , and a nice propane grill. The house is within walking distance to Rodgers park and The Upper Deck restaurant. There are lots of bars and restaurants within a few miles. Great Place to stay!
We had a WONDERFUL time here. The house is spacious, and pristinely clean. The location is great - right on the river. We fished & caught crabs, went kayaking, and enjoyed a peaceful week. My FL family came over & we had a great time hanging out together. Keith is a great host - quick to answer any texts. Definitely coming back here. =)

Awesome and quiet place on the river
Very comfortable place to stay on the river. We were able to kayak everyday from the house. The host Keith is great and great with communication. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe. The neighbor next door is very nice and informative if you have any questions about what to do around the house. We will definitely be back!

Keiths RIVER HOUSE
We had a great time at the house it was clean with great accessibility up river or out to the gulf. The canoe and kayaks were great to have also and being able to bring the dogs was great as they could swim right out front. Will be booking again for next summer 2023.
