Could have used room service more just to like sweep the floor, change trash, more towels. Could use more than one trash container. The hair dryer should be replaced, broken on one side, but worked, just seems a little hazardous. There were a few spiders noticed as well. Other than that enjoyed our stay there. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Would stay again.

THERE WAS COCKROACHES IN MY ROOM OLD FOOD. IN GENERAL IT WAS FILTHY AND DIRTY. I HAVE NEVER STAYED SOME WHERE THIS DIRTY. the other room they gave me smelt of cigarettes and filth.

The hotel offered a clean room, GREAT customer service and a nice breakfast for a great price. I would stay here again. I came into town for an engagement party for my Godson and was going to drive in and out the same day, but saw the great price and decided to stay. I will be booking again for the upcoming wedding.

what used to be a rather hum-drum, aged property has been very nicely updated and redone. not a fan of the tile/'hardwood' floors but that is the norm, now in most hotels (vs carpeting) the bathroom and vanity area was very nicely done

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. I wasn't sure what to expect given that its neighbor is a former factory outlet mall turned into a storage facility. The hotel has outlived the mall and is still very much in its prime with friendly staff, great rooms and common areas, and an above-average breakfast. It's only an hour from the Little Caesar's arena in Detroit and 10-15 minutes from Olive Garden, etc. in Port Huron. The pool was great.

Only stayed one night, but overall it was good. Excellent breakfast options. There were a couple of details that kept the overall experience from being excellent though. I reported the details to the front desk clerk and she seemed to take them seriously enough to let them be known to maintenance and the cleaning staff. Specific to our room: the curved curtain rod for the shower was loose from the wall and hanging low causing the curtain to sag and water to escape from the sides. The air vent in the bathroom was extremely dusty as if the cleaning staff didn’t know it existed. And, when we first arrived to the room the window had been left open.

Having stayed here many time's before this Hotel was tired, not dirty, just tired and Mngmnt and Staff utilized Handicapped parking as personnel parking to a point the Sherrif had to be called.........not this stay, surprise, maybe still an 8 of 10, it was very obvious someone was trying, nice stay under the circumstances, ty.

The bed was amazingly comfortable. Frig & microvave important to me. Pool was great. The fact that I was able to reserve a 1st floor room near breakfast room, pool and back entrance door a few doors from my room. I have a fractured back and have trouble walking any but very short distances. I will be back.

We chose this hotel based on the beautiful photos. It did not look like the photos. There was a hot tub in the photos, we found out there is no hot tub which was disappointing. When we got to our room the microwave was covered in melted mushy food. We put our freezer packs and food in the fridge, only for the next day to find out the fridge was leaking a blue coolant. There are no electric vehicles chargers which I know is not a must but would be nice. Also the safety equipment in the pool area was terrifying. Overall I think we paid way too much for this place and will choose a different hotel next time.
