My shower was leaking and the maintenance man hit the valve handle hard and it stopped, "good enough for me" he said and left. My toilet was clogged and they gave me a plunger! I am not a satisfied customer!

If there was a 0 I would have used that for a rating. Dirty all the way around. Linens, bed was on the floor, linens had stains in them. Bathroom disgusting, ceiling had black Mold, when I went down to discuss with manager, she said they were renovating. How about bombing the whole place.

Never going back. Had a 2 night stay with my brother supporting me in a marathon. He woke up in the middle of the room with roaches in the bathroom, later we saw them coming out of the walls and floors. Absolutely disgusting. The receptionist told us they didn’t have a room to move us to and to just ask for the manager to comp it in the morning. We left that night so many were coming out. She just told us she’d leave a note and then I’d get my refund in the morning. Well apparently no manager works in the mornings on weekends. I have to wait until Monday to even request a refund. Absolutely horrible.

We booked this hotel because it had a hot tub. When we got here we asked about the hot tub and was told where it was. We went to our room changed into our bathing suits and went to the hot tub. It was cold and not working. We asked about it and was told it was turned off and the pool guy was coming to turn it back on as he was the only one who could do it. It was still not on before we went to bed. In the morning we checked with the front desk and was told it wasn’t fixed yet. When asked if it would be fixed before check out we were told that he didn’t know the pool guys schedule.

The room we arrived in had an odd smell. We were told this was one of the last rooms available and we paid over $130 a night. The morning after we saw roaches on the table (we didn't bring food) I complained and we were relocated to a different room. The new room had roaches we saw the next morning. (I have pictures/short videos of the insects in the room) This is unacceptable. I left a voicemail for the manager and there was no call back over 24 hours ago. We would have paid more to not have to deal with this. My friend has a cpap, breathing machine. Roaches in a hotel is a health hazard. The hotel also serves cooked food in the morning. I am considering contacting the Florida health inspector.

Great needed some updates
It was great. Occasional spotty wifi. Televsion had reception issues where pictures broke up. The hot tub was hit or miss when it worked, but not fully functioning. Breakfast was great and something different each day. Could use new lounge chairs, some ripped and showed age. Otherwise enjoyed ourselves.
