The property was nicely cleaned the room always cleaned upon return each day. The breakfast was disappointing but I guess that's what is to be expected for cheap. Over all good stay.

Road leading to the hotel was not in very good condition & the area across from the facility was not developed & not very well kept up. I'd rate this all outside of the hotel's control. On the positive side; EXCELLENT service at the counter, very good updated room (even if furniture in front of the TV are was a bit dated), comfortable beds & very quiet. We'd certainly stay here again.

The manager was wonderful! She went beyond to make our trip a great one. Everyone at the property was very nice. Employees were smiling and very helpful. The pool area was so nice and relaxing. We stayed overnight at the Baymont for a recent quick trip to Punta Gorda and couldn't have been happier with our choice. The staff were friendly and funny, breakfast was hot and tasty, and the room was clean, comfortable, and modern. I highly recommend!
