This beautiful home was built in 2011 and refurnished in 2023. This house is great for a large family or several smaller families.

Sleeps 18 in two king, three queen and four twin over twin bunk beds (eight total bunk beds)

OUTDOOR LIVING: Large covered deck w/deck chairs, deck swings, a backyard fire pit, a picnic table and beach views. Downstairs has a large picnic table dining area with outdoor seating, decorative lighting, several deck swings and a hammock

INDOOR LIVING: 6 large flat-screen Smart TVs, open layout, beautiful furnishings & custom local art

KITCHEN: Large kitchen w/oversized bar and table seating, plastic cups and bowls for the kids, high-end Ninja coffee maker, crockpot, blender, toaster, large spice selection, all the cooking essentials, ice maker, dishware & flatware, wine, champagne and whiskey glasses.

The fully stocked coffee bar includes the coffee maker, a french press, a pour-over, a selection of coffee beans, ground coffee and tea

LINENS AND LAUNDRY: 1 bath towel per guest; all linens for all beds: sheets, pillows, comforters etc; kitchen towels, hand towels, washcloths, makeup cloths, beach towels

Extras Provided: Starter supplies of trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and laundry detergent. If you are staying more than three days you may need to purchase more of these extras!

Parking: Driveway (up to 5 vehicles, NO RVs, no parking on the grass!)

GENERAL: High-Speed WiFi. Crystal Beach has a single internet provider and we experience occasional unplanned internet outages. Also please look at the pictures of the spiral staircase! Adults usually love it, but it may not be a good fit for young children or guests with limited mobility

WEATHER: This home is located near the Gulf of Mexico, which experiences various weather conditions from season to season. We do not offer refunds or discounts in the event of a hurricane or inclement weather and we highly recommend purchasing travelers insurance

You'll have access to the entire home, except for the locked garage, two owners' closets and the exterior lift
