Enjoy the view of the sand and relaxing waves crashing onto the beach, watch one of the many movies available on satellite TV, or spend some time playing one of the many fun board games available to you.

This home is equipped with top-of-the-line Starlink WIFI, allowing you to stay connected and powerful enough to work remotely and improve your office view.

The well-stocked kitchen has a huge island and countertop space to prep and cook your favorite meals and features all stainless steel appliances, including a microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator.
Savor your meals at the large dining table that seats 6, one of the 6 bar stools at the oversized island, or experience the ambiance of the sound of the ocean and dine outdoors on the table under the covered deck.

You will enjoy panoramic views from the deck while you enjoy your coffee or afternoon beverage from the comfortable captain's chairs and your front-row view of paradise.

Under the home features a large area with ample parking, a picnic table and BBQ grill, an area to wash your feet, and a private outdoor shower.

• The second bedroom features 1 queen-size bed as well as ocean views, a ceiling fan, and a TV.
• The third bedroom is furnished with 1 queen-size and a twin/twin bunk set and ocean viewsa ceiling fan, and a TV.
All beds will be made, and bath towels will be furnished.
There is no need to leave Fido at home as small pets are allowed with a fee.

The House is centrally located to many famous Texas birding hotspots. The Bolivar Peninsula is right at the center of the action. The entire peninsula is part of the Great Coastal Birding Trail, which plays a vital role as a habitat for migrating birds. There are bird sanctuaries all over the area as well as a nearby national wildlife refuge. Bolivar Peninsula is host to numerous bird sanctuaries along with the nearby national Anahuac Wildlife Refuge. So grab your camera and get ready for a great coastal excursion that will have you spotting spoonbills, kayaking amidst great blue herons and observing alligators, all just minutes from your Bolivar beach chair

Fishing off Bolivar Peninsula is like no other. Take a short stroll down our private access to the beach and you will be right on top of one of the best fishing spots on the Bolivar Peninsula
Fishing in the surf is a relaxing, rewarding experience. Take your rod and reel, some bait (live or dead), or a mirror lure, wade out to the waist-deep water on the second sand bar, and toss your line out and see what happens. Surf fishing is a great way to spend a day in the sun, catching some rays and some fish.

House is also located close to Rollover Pass in Gilchrist, Texas, is a great fishing spot near East Galveston Bay, the intra-coastal, and Rollover Bay. There, you can reel in some spectacular redfish, flounder, croaker, drum, and more for the ultimate feast during your vacation.
