I pass seven nights in this hotel all staff in reception are excellent, their was nice and helpful but the restaurant staff server are not professional.i was about to take some fruit on my breakfast because I took a bowl to put my fruit in there was a server who grab my bowl and put it in a plate when I say why she said I can not use a bowl for fruit and I said this is not an obligation she said yes it is . She was lucky I didn’t say anything to her boss because I know it’s heard to find a job in Haiti. That’s the only reason that I stayed quiet. But the receptionists are excellent.
