This rustic-style villa with private pool is located in Porreres and welcomes 8 guests.
The outdoor areas with a rural feel are very beautiful. The protagonist is the wonderful natural swimming pool which, without chemical additives, is cleaned by the movement of the water. It measures 6m x 6m and has a depth of 1.4m along its entire length. If you are staying with children, it is elevated and protected. On four sun loungers you can enjoy the Mediterranean sun and at the same time an outdoor shower is ideal for a quick refreshment. Depending on the season you can pick fresh oranges, plums, lemons and apricots. A terrace with awning is an ideal place for a barbecue with friends. This beautiful finca is fenced, has direct neighbours and is only a few metres away from the village of Porreres.

On the ground floor, a dining room with fireplace invites to long evenings. The typical Majorcan kitchen is fully equipped and has a gas cooker. One bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with two single beds invite you to dream. A bathroom with bathtub serves the lower floor. Under the staircase is the pantry with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

A staircase leads you to the first floor where you will find a large living-dining room with a piano; a nice place to relax, perhaps while watching a film on the satellite TV. Two bedrooms, both with double beds, and a bathroom with shower complete the upstairs. We can provide a cot and high chair for our youngest guests. The house offers a total of four fans and two electric radiators.

Porreres is a very authentic village, surrounded by countryside and forests, which is located in the centre of the island. In the centre you will find everything you need for a pleasant stay. After a family dinner in the village, you don't need to take the car as you can walk from the centre of Porreres to the house. If you like sports, the area is perfect for cycling and excursions such as a visit to the Sanctuary of Cura or a ride on horseback through Randa.

Regarding the beaches, in about half an hour by car you will reach the south coast and the village of Colonia de Sant Jordi. Playa des Carbó, Sa Rapita, Es Trenc and Playa des Port are paradises with fine sand and crystal clear water. In Colonia de Sant Jordi good fish and seafood restaurants await you.

Please note that the swimming pool has no lights.

Maison convenable mais les photos ne sont pas vraiment représentatives de la réalité
Nous étions 5 adultes et 1 enfant de 2 ans dans cette maison située dans le charmant village de Porreres, situé à 30/45 minutes en voiture de jolies criques du sud est. La maison est à 3 minutes à pieds d'un supermarché (assez cher). Bonne ambiance le soir sur la place du village avec plusieurs restaurants à des prix abordables. Concernant la maison, nous sommes déçus, car les photos publiées sur le site semblent dater d'il y a longtemps. L'accueil se faisant par le biais d'une boite à clés, nous avons découverts seuls la maison. La piscine n'était pas propre, il n'y avait pas de matelas sur les transats (comme indiqués sur les photos), certains transats ne sont pas utilisables car cassés. Dans la cuisine, il y a le strict nécessaire, et la qualité de l'électroménager laisse à désirer (cafetière, grille pain). Lorsque nous branchions le grille-pain, cela faisait sauter les plombs de toutes les pièces du RDC. Nous sommes restés sans eau chaude pendant deux jours - assez compliqué avec un enfant- car la bouteille de gaz était vide. Nous avons contacté Homerti, l'agence qui faisait le lien entre nous et le propriétaire. Ils nous ont dit que c'était à nous, locataires, de changer la bouteille de gaz... Hallucinant ! Après plusieurs conversations téléphoniques, dont une dernière où nous avons haussé le ton, quelqu'un est enfin venu pour changer la bouteille de gaz. Enfin, le problème des poubelles... Lorsque nous avons demandé comment ça se passait, Homerti nous a dit qu'un jardinier passait de temps en temps pour les prendre. Ne le voyant pas au bout de 4 jours, nous les avons de nouveau contacté pour qu'ils nous disent finalement d'aller nous-mêmes à la déchetterie. Il y a un réel problème de communication, du fait d'un trop grand nombre d'interlocuteurs. Nous avons décidé de louer une maison via Abritel pour avoir un lien direct avec le propriétaire. Mais nous avons fait confiance à Homerti, agence avec laquelle les différentes étapes de paiement s'étaient bien passés mais nous sommes vraiment déçus du suivi sur place.
