This modern townhouse for 6 people is located only 50m from the beautiful beaches of Cala San Vicente. It is the picturesque sandy beaches of Cala Barques and Cala Molins that can be reached from the house on foot and promise an unforgettable beach holiday. The apartment is located in a built in 2010 cottage complex with communal pool and private parking.
Each apartment consists of two levels. The lower living area has three bedrooms, one with two single beds and two with a double bed each. All three bedrooms are air-conditioned, so you can enjoy a good night's sleep on hot summer nights. Using practical sliding glass doors, each bedroom is connected to the outside area and thus flooded by the Mallorcan summer light during the day. If it gets too hot, you can use the curtains to darken the rooms. The sterile white of the spacious wardrobes and the interior walls is skilfully softened by pastel-colored accents. So it is colorful, placed on the blanket pillows or colorful, hanging on the wall paintings that give the whole ambience friendliness. Two bathrooms are also on this level, one with bath, shower and toilet and one with shower and toilet. The modern furnishing style can also be found here. Clean lines characterize the white-brown furniture. Modern sanitary facilities are standard equipment, so that nothing stands in the way of a refreshing bath or a morning shower.
The second floor includes the living and dining room, the fully equipped kitchen, a furnished terrace with sea views and a guest toilet. In the living room you will find a comfortable sitting area in rich orange. This is a cozy place to relax in the evening in front of the SAT TV or in the company of good music. For this you have a CD and DVD player available. The rest of the furniture presents itself in brilliant white, but its cold atmosphere is specifically alleviated by the splashes of color in the form of paintings or decorative elements distributed throughout the room. At the large dining table six people find enough space. Sliding glass doors lead you out of the living area onto the furnished terrace. Enjoy the unforgettable view of the Mediterranean and the surroundings of Cala San Vicente from here.
