Located on top of a hill with beautiful panorama in a small village; radiating peace and rustic and yet half an hour from the touristy Balaton or beautiful Kaposvar.
A haven for those who want to de-stress. Deer and deer roam free every day in this oasis of peace and quiet.
On the ground floor is a very spacious living room with two sofas / sleeping beds. You will also find the terrace, kitchen and bathroom (shower) there. On the first floor is the second bathroom (shower) and the bedroom. A second terrace is provided. The property is ideal for a family with 2 children. There is also the possibility to install a cot. The large communal swimming pool is 50 meters away in the garden.
The house is situated on a hill with two other houses. One inhabited by the hosts, the other is also rented out. The houses are 100 meters apart and perfect privacy has been ensured. The entire complex covers 30000 m² and has a view of a small lake. The maximum occupancy of the two houses is therefore 10 people. There is also a communal swimming pool. The house is completely fenced.
Your hostess can pamper you on request with a delicious breakfast or dinner at the traditional Hungarian price. This is of course not mandatory but highly recommended ... Your host will inform you about the many attractions for young and old in the immediate vicinity.
There are also two dogs on the property. These are naturally sweet and child-friendly and the reason for many guests to return.
Numerous activities are available in the vicinity. On the site, the client finds about 50 of them back, but our host guides guests daily with regard to their wishes. Moreover, we are partners of a number of large organizers who welcome our guests with the necessary discounts.
