You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Perfectly Located Queen Room with Living Space

The villa is situated in a prime location if you plan to visit the Hunter Valley wineries, restaurants, concert venues and golf course.

You will have private access to your own living, kitchen, dining, queen-size bedroom and ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi spa bath. There is a sofa which can be used as a bed if you wish to accommodate one extra guest.

You will also have your own outdoor patio area with table and chairs.

You have your own private entrance to the property accessible via lockbox.

The villa is walking distance from some of the Hunter's most renowned wineries, concert venues and restaurants in the Hunter and is surrounded by picturesque views of the vineyards and classic Australian landscape.

Some venues within walking distance include:
- Hunter Valley Gardens
- Roche Estate
- Hope Estate.

Inside the apartment you have an open kitchen, living and dining area. In the kitchen there is a stove top, fridge, microwave, kitchen utensil and tea & coffee making facilities. In the living area you have a dining table, sofa and flat-screen TV.

The bedroom has a connecting en-suite bathroom toilet, shower and best of all the jacuzzi spa bath.

The sofa in the living room can be used as a bed which can sleep one additional guest.

Outside you have access to an outdoor patio and with table and seating.

The villa is located on hotel property which mean you have shared access to the pool, tennis courts and communal BBQ’s.

Guests have access to there own private apartment with queen size bedroom, en-suite bathroom, living, dining kitchen area and outdoor patio area with table and chairs.

Parking is free and available along the side of the roads within the hotel complex.

Unfortunately, I will not be there to greet guests upon arrival. There is a lockbox located on the outside wall of the property for guests to let themselves in once they arrive.

You can also use taxi services or book tours which are a fun way to explore to area!
