Located not far from Poitiers train station in a quiet and secure residence, this 50m² apartment is ideal for family stays to discover Poitiers and Futuroscope.

The apartment consists of a large, modern and bright living room with a comfortable living room and a fully equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, etc.). The apartment has a beautiful, bright bedroom with a 140 double bed and a small private balcony not overlooked.
The bathroom is equipped with a large shower and a washing machine, the WC is separate.

Access to accommodation is completely independent thanks to a relay point system, in a tobacco bar opposite Poitiers station. The opening hours of the relay point are from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. - 7 days a week

For any late arrival after 11 p.m., you will not be able to collect the keys at the relay point. In this case, it is possible that an agent will come to welcome you on site, however an extra charge will be requested, to be given in cash to the person who will welcome you. Très joli
Bel appartement, proche de la gare et du centre-ville. Pratique avec sa place de parking dédiée, l'appartement est bien équipé même s'il manque quelques matériels de cuisine. Petit bémol également sur la qualité du canapé lit. L'endroit reste cependant agréable à vivre.
