On Top of The World ....
This 'Modern Luxury' apartment is set high above the Brisbane Waters in Gosford and offers a luxurious and peaceful stay. It is quite new but suffers from moisture/mould where it has been shut up. Black mould around the windows, a lot of condensation etc. This was concerning. The washing machine had 6 wet sheets in it - again a source of moisture. I re-washed these and dried them in the dryer. There is a mildew build-up in the main shower too. I am mentioning this as I think, for your investment, you need to know about it. There are three drawers in the kitchen with loose front panels as well. In the main bedroom, the plug for the blind cord has come out from the wall panelling. Just a bit of maintenance needed. I do not want you to publish this - I just wanted to draw your attention the jobs needing done to bring the apartment up to A+ standard. Thank you - we will be back hopefully! Not so sure about your beautiful view once the next-door development is underway. Dam ....
