One elevator was not working. The other one had a sign that said it was slow, and if it didn't work, we should call the front office. We went upstairs (3rd floor) and it reminded me of the movie The Shinning. Dark, it smelled bad. In the room, the handle to the balcony door was broken. The cover of the air-conditioning came right off. The top drawer under the TV would not close. The coffee pot didn't work. Half of the channels in the TV were frozen. In The bathroom door, floor, and sink area, there were long human hairs stuck everywhere. The restaurant had paper signs written in magic marker on the wall. Food was less than average. "Great service by Debra S." The game room had machines that took your money, but didn't return it. The other machines didn't work. 1st time my son and I played air hockey without the air. The Gym was horrible. The machines looked like they were from the (70's) and also not working. When we got to the pool, there were 2 young ladies that saved a man from drowning. I'm not lying. (They should be on YouTube) The pool goes to 6 feet, and no lifeguard on duty, but a sign that said kids 14 and under should have supervision. It is a shame for the owners to have this property in such condition. It is sad, because the property has a lot of potential. I give it 2 stars, and I'm being generous. One more observation... we stayed for 3 nights, and 4 days, housekeeping showed up once. And the morning when we were leaving to return the pass key.
