Great neighborhood
Great neighborhood and the house overall is a great size. There were some things that could have been better - no hand soap in the bathrooms, broken grill / no propane, parts missing from the shower/tub, toys and chairs strewn all over the pool area so if we used it we would need to pick it up, and the hose into the pool was left on. Also, the room that led to the screen porch was jammed shut so we thought it was locked, which meant we couldn’t access the screen porch. At the end of the stay we figured out it was just jammed, but that room and the screen porch were dirty (empty water bottles, hair ties, etc). Lots of potential but needs a bit more care to make it a great place to stay.

We felt like we walked in to a smelly frat house. Pet odors, and we found pet food and chew toys. Sparse furniture, not even enough seating for our group, and no decorations at all. Terrible amenities. A few mismatched bath towels, and no hand towels, had to go get toilet paper and paper towels. Could not get any TV to work, only to find out there were no batteries in some remotes and not instructions of any sort about anything in the house. The kitchen was not well equipped and we felt like we had to wash the silverware before using it as it was just thrown in a big pile in the drawer. Dirty freezer. The pool was clean and nice, but the area around the pool was a mess with garbage, old stinky and stained furniture. Not enough patio seating for our group so we had to wash dirty folded bag chairs to sit outside. Landscaping has been let to fade away and very weedy. The grill was broken, the host texted it just happened and he did not have time to replace it. .But from previous reviews it looks it has been broken just not replaced, the same for the downstairs AC, We also questioned safety because of the fact in such a large home we could only see one smoke detector by the front door, not on the second floor. I would not stay here again. We found candles and cigar wrappers. Apparently the previous guest did not read the rules. In fact, we left 2 days early and went to stay with family in the area. This house could be great, but it is not maintained or taken care of.

Good house overall, great location
We enjoyed our stay overall. House was very spacious. Simply furnished and no clutter. Beds were very clean and comfy. Bathrooms also clean. Pool was the best part- well maintained by pool company. Location was great - I highly recommend Plymouth Beach, not at high tide though. Cons - house could use a little tlc. The area around the pool and the gardens were not maintained. Pool area was dirty including outdoor furniture. Air conditioning downstairs stopped working on our last day. Kitchen was missing some essential items. Not enough towels for a group of eight. There was laundry in the machine when we got there, not enough toilet paper or paper towels. Some bathrooms didn’t have soap or hand towels. Host did offer to reimburse for products.

Great spot
This place is spacious and the pool is gorgeous. The hosts response time was fantastic. My only complaint has to do with the cleaning crew who showed up 45 minutes early and also did not stock the house with enough supplies. Bring your own shower supplies and toilet paper.

Value for the money
The house fit our family just right. Vincent was amazingly quick to respond to any issues that we had. When we got there, the house was very clean inside, but the landscaper/ pool missed a few things and once Vincent was aware he had it resolved. If I have to be a stickler about anything, it would be that the pool area wasn’t as clean as I would’ve liked it to be (patio/ chairs ) and the pool has a makeshift solar heater that I’m assuming will not get it up to decent temperature, but we We’re lucky enough to have high temperatures to overlook the heater. Very short ride to Plymouth entertainment and very nice neighborhood!!! Thanks, Vincent!!!

Great location & space!
I'll start by saying the location, space, & communication from owner was fantastic! We enjoyed the pool, which was very clean! However, there were no lounge chairs or seating around the pool area so definitely bring some! The inside of the house was clean and spacious, the yard and screened room are in need of quite a bit of maintenance. Everything you could possibly need or want to do in Plymouth is a short drive. Beautiful neighborhood, overall this rental is a big win!

Overall it was a superb experience, as not only the house was great, the area around us had several supermarkets and roads for seamless transportation. Only downside however was the fact that for our grill, the gas tank was left empty which made having a barbecue a hassle. But overall, we can't complain. We had a nice time!

Solid Getaway Stay
The owner is an excellent communicator and very understanding. I would rate them 10/10. The inside of the house was clean, well-appointed, and had a great floorplan. All the beds were made, and there were plenty of towels. During our stay, we noticed that the smoke alarm upstairs needed to be replaced, and the master bath showerhead came off with the first use (we replaced it). Overall, I would rate the house 9/10. The neighborhood was quite peaceful, and the outside of the house was tidy, with freshly mowed grass. However, it was sadly evident that the gardens, especially around the pool, weren't receiving the attention to detail they deserve. The trees along the back of the property were encroaching on the "field" area and contributing to pool debris. Despite this, the pool itself was clean and well-maintained. The back screen porch was in desperate need of cleaning, but luckily, there was a nearby hose that helped with that. The grill also needs some attention, rating this aspect 7/10. In full transparency, we believe the owner and house deserve a maintenance team that cares a bit more than just doing the minimum required. (This is our humble opinion.) Overall, we had a great experience, and the cost was 100% worth it. I absolutely recommend staying here, and we will definitely come back if we visit the area again.

Overall we had a good stay, however there were several issues needing attention so the house and property had not been fully prepared and inspected prior to check in. The property manager was very responsive and took immediate measures to resolve the issues. The issues were avoidable and should have been remedied prior to having a guest check in is my biggest critique.

Great home
My family stayed here for a wedding in Hanover and reception in Kingston. Very spacious. Four large bedrooms. Nice showers. Kitchen worked well. Plenty of parking in driveway. The pool looked great, we just didn't have time to use it It would have been nice to sleep with the windows open, but there are no screens.

Serene getaway in a fantastic neighborhood
My family had a fantastic week at this home. The property was beautiful and the backyard was a dream. The pool area with the porch and beautiful landscaping made for a relaxing and private oasis. Vincent was incredibly responsive to the few issues that arose and the location cannot be beat - easy access to everything Plymouth had to offer while feeling like you are in a quiet neighborhood. The neighbors are all warm and welcoming.

First Renters
I was told we were the first short-term renters. I’ll start with the good stuff…this house definitely has so much potential. I thought the location was great. We seemed to be about 10 minutes away from everything. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood. The house itself was very spacious also. Unfortunately, upon arrival there were mouse droppings all over the front porch, 2 dead birds in the yard and an exterminators business card on the door. The listing title mentioned *newly renovated* the kitchen was sort of updated, new paint on the walls and new carpet upstairs but that’s about it. Everything else was very outdated. All exterior doors have these pin pad locks on them that are very difficult to use. We got locked out a couple of times and luckily were able to get in through the back. The back pool area was very dusty and dirty. There were multiple big rusted screws sticking out all around the pool. (I took pictures and will post if given the option) My husband had a screwdriver in his car and he fixed them all so no one got hurt… On the second day, the filter and heater for the pool weren’t working (listing says heated pool) I contacted the owners who sent someone to fix it…she came said she’d call us and we never heard anything back. So we had a cold and dirty pool the entire stay. For the amount of money spent I was very unimpressed. I got this house for the weekend as a gift for someone and I was fairly embarrassed to present it. Again, so much potential and I hope the owners read this and fix the problems for the next family…
