"We stayed in 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment was great, centrally placed. The building has an elevator (looks like newly installed). The apartment had a dishwasher and a washer which was comfortable. We parked at Obispo Galarzo parking garage and it was a short walk that even with suitcases was fine. This is what you should put in Google maps of arriving by car as the area around the hotel is not reachable by car. The checkin itself is not the room but very close by. Overall good experience and would stay again"

"This is a very nice appartement hotel, located at the heart of Plaza Mayor. A must for Game of Thrones and House of Dragons fans. The Red Keep filming locations can be easily found by walking around the city. The different restaurants will offer great tapas, local beer and grilled meats. Prices can fit all budget. Rooms are very nice for 4 travellers, very well decorated and up to date. Visiting the terasse is a must; literally a hidden treasure of this place. Service is really great, the staff will provide access code and detailed information by email, sms or WhatsApp. They are very helpfull and will go the extra mile. Only thing to say is be aware the hotel has no elevator and you will need to walk up 5 stair cases before getting access to suites. Is not reduced mobility friendly. If travelling with a larger luggage you will frind it a tad struggling to get up the stairs. Parking is located about 5 minutes away from hotel at Hotel Don Juan. They will provide a discounted fare when mentioning you've stayed at El Patio Hotel, approx 12.5€. "

"Lovely apartment and location once we found it! The parking advertised is actually a public car park costing £12 euros overnight (which we were not aware of) the directions to apartment are very misleading and we struggled to find it. But once we did it was lovely and bright and great location."
