The staff, Mich and Josh, were excellent! They were very accommodating and helpful. I remember struggling with the parking. The parking meters only accept coins which we didnt have at that time. Josh generously lent us money and Mich even came out to explain to us how it works. These things made a big impact to our impression of the place - easier to let go of minor things. Overall, this place for the price is great.

Positives: Price was $50 a night Full Kitchen with Fridge, stove, coffee maker. Huge grocery store close by, plus a 7-11 near by. Amazing rooftop pool with area to BBQ!! Nice little balcony in room Elevator was nice and new and quick. Main area only 10 min walk away Not as positive: Shower was a little dirty and very weak water pressure, wasn't a big deal for me Stairwell was super hot , minor inconvenience The street was a little sketch There was noise but with the A.C unit running you can't hear much. If you have a car, Street parking only, 6 Hours max for 60 pesos or $3 U.S. 10A.M.-10P.M., Coins only or pre paid parking card. If you don't feel comfortable parking on street or go on a day trip there is Mall parking close by which is open 24 hours a day in an underground lot, its like 10-20 pesos/hr or 50 Cents -$1 U.S./hr Overall: For the price it was an excellent deal! A little off the beaten path but everything is close by. The rooftop pool was amazing! If you need strong water pressure for a shower I wouldn't recommend.

The toilet didn’t work two nights. The shower did t work the AM I left and they made me get a new night so I could shower after checkout time. Shower didn’t work when I woke up. Their hallway and staircase is broiling hot. They never show up to fix the safe, toilet, shower

Great location for a 10 day workcation! Coworking space in the building was comfortable for zoom calls and desk work for full 8 hour day. Pool and roof deck was clean, inviting and peaceful. Rooms were clean. Nice linens and pillows. Staff was excellent - from the front desk to cleaning services. Very professional and personable. Location was near laundry (across the street), convenience stores (7-11 and Tiendas Six) a block away. Great local restaurants (best pizza at Pizza at Playa del Carmen at Calle 20 Nte and 10 Avenida Nte) and even a grocery store (Soriana and a Walmart) 10 minute walk. Easy to get taxis at the corner if you don't want to walk or staff will call one for you. Highly recommend booking here. Would definitely book again.

It is centrally located, near groceries, banks, and shipping. All in easy walkable distance. The staff was courteous. Edgardo, the consierge Manager was very helpfu. I will sta there again. Recommended. l

Great apartment! The air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked exceptionally well, and the apartment was very clean. It was just a short walk to the main strip, and close to amenities like a grocery store, the beach, and a hospital. The kitchen was convenient for preparing meals, and the balcony was a beautiful spot to relax at any time of day. I would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay. The location was close to all my favorite restaurants and right next to Mega and Walmart. The front desk was always helpful as well. The only drawbacks we noticed were that the hallways were pretty hot and the shower could've had more pressure. Other than that everything was good. Check-out the rooftop pool if you have time. It was perfect. I'd definately come back.

I'm glad I only booked one night. It's the last
I had two reasons for staying here, work and sleep. The WiFi router in my room did not work. I went to the desk to see if someone could fix it. The girl said she would have to call someone to do it...but didn't bother to get help. She said I should use the WiFi from the room next door. I said I need a router to plug my cable in to for the type of work I need to do. She said the work area has nothing to plug into either so I got no work done except searching for another hotel, and another place to work. The side of the building my room was on has two big bright floodlights that are so bright my room was filled with way too much light to sleep. So, I got very little work done and I can't say that I slept either. It was a waste of money and time. I booked a week somewhere else
