We had a wonderful time at the resort The hospitality team was amazing and super helpful from the minute we arrived The concierge team was intouch with us throughout our trip checking if we had everything we needed and even helped us make dinner reservations. The kids enjoyed the waterpark and pools. We didnt have a great experience at kids club and the game up zone my kids could only use the trampoline area due to age restrictions for laser tag/bowling. We booked one of the swim out rooms. Beautiful but our room faced the swamp surrounding the resort and there was horrible smell first few nights especially late/early evening. The resort has one of the most beautiful spas I've ever been too. With spa reservations you're allowed to use the hydrotherapy, sauna and steam room for an hour before and after your massage. I loved it but I felt rushed every 5 minutes or so the spa team comes and ushers you to the next experience..i.e. 5min at steam, 5 min at sauna etc. I get they are trying to keep guests on time for the massage appointment and not let folks camp out. I just wanted the freedom to choose longer time in one area. We will hopefully be back sometime in the future

We loved our stay. The hotel is beautiful, but it’s in the middle of nowhere, so other than excursions, there is nothing else. Plenty to do at the resort, however.

It was a good experience overall, lot of walking from where we were located to several facilities. Staff was good. Minor issues but nothing major. Some things to know about: laundry service is expensive so plan clothes accordingly, room service is slow and limited, use the buffets and grills (open several times in a day) and restaurants (need reservations and open in evenings only), body wash and shampoos could have been better, have the hotel book transport to airport.

Its my first resort to see expedia clients treated like royalty. Krystel checked in on us daily, jelped ensure we were supported throughout our stay. The hotel is clean, with lots to do! I recommend it!

I really loved this hotel. From the very beginning was a great experience. As soon as we arrived we had a hostess named krystel that took care of us our whole stay. She booked all of our restaurants for us each night which was great because i didn’t have to worry about doing that. We had a party of 15 and she was very accommodating. She checked on us throughout the day to see if everything was ok and if we needed anything. She even sent champagne to our room as well. She was the best hostess ever. Her accommodations made me want to come back again. The kids loved the hotel because they had so much for them to do. from the many pools to the splash pad and water park. They never wanted to leave the pool. They have activities for the kids to do. They had a balloon water fight in the pool and a foam party. The food at the buffet and restaurants were very good. We enjoyed the food. The whole staff at the hotel was very friendly. I definitely would go back to this hotel. It was so much to do that we didn’t even get to do the indoor trampoline but next time we will. They have bowling as well but my kids weren’t old enough. We also had a beautiful ocean view room. I can’t say enough about this trip it was the best and we all had a great time.

Fanastic stay all around. We opted for a swim out room interior side and paid for room choice early to coordinate with our group of 4 other rooms. Dining experience never dissapointed at daily buffets or formal restaurants. All positive experiences from all staff. So friendly. My kids 4 and 7 were well entertained with pool selections, splash zone, kids club, or the ice cream. As adults, bartenders and servers fanatastic and 24/7 coffee shop was a favorite. The daily night activities and shows were enjoyed by all - dont miss these. As families we did not get to enjoy post 10p adventures. Access to other ammentities like spa, fitness, adventure planning was of easy access. As expedia bookers across our group, a helpful concierge Jonathan helped check us in and throughout the trip checking in daily via whatapp. All around fanastic, clean, and an amazing stay. Btw... room service and requests at any time was such a perk with kids.

It was a wonderful experience. Staff was very nice. Buffet was great, with many food options and very good quality. The gym was very well equipped and with a beautiful view. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Restaurants are great. Water slides among the best (or the best) in the zone. Improvement opportunities for the cafeteri. Quality on the cafeteria food is not as good as expected given the quality of the hotel. It would be good to know beforehand that bowling and trampolines are not part of the all inclusive and should be paid separately. Overall it was great. Will come back for sure again. Children loved it.

My vacation was unforgettable, we had an incredible time with the Royalton Splash team and especially Jonathan's attention was excellent, we could count on him for everything in the hotel, he became our family, we felt at home with his hospitality. The truth is that I would recommend the hotel
